While Zero gave you a very absolute answer, I am going to further elaborate.

No OCs, whether controlled by a member or a staff member, is allowed to achieve deity-like status. They may not become one in the later future, nor may they obtain any deity-like power whilst role-playing.

Who is able to use Ultrasonic Frequency waves like the ones Musa and Galatea used in season 3?

Is it only people from Melody?

Or is it only people who have music powers?

Is it for either one of those options, or would you have to be both melodian with music powers?

I i know theres gloomix disenchantix and dark sirenix bit is there an equivilent to fairy's belivix and the other fairy forms?
It kinda seems as if all witch oc's are less powerfull than the faries. This is a question i've been wordering for a while to be honest.

Well the equal to Bloomix would probably be Dark witch, but idk if we'll allow that. as for a witch believix and Harmonix, we'll have to get back to you on that once rp staff have talked about it.

How many guardian fairies can a planet have? Only one? Cause technically the winx became guardian fairies after receiving their special gifts at their graduation so wouldn't anyone who got a special gift at their grad become one?

Since, logically speaking, there would be multiple fairies from the same planet graduating and achieving the status of guardian fairt, it isn't unreasonable to believe that the planets have an open number of guardian positions.

Also, there is also something at the end of year 3 that is still in planning stages which ties in with graduation a bit. More info will come out when it's more finalized.
