8 ) We are allowing the use of fan-made transformation as they are fun and entertaining. Plus, they are something new, which interests some of our members, so do not hesitate to make up one. | Yes you can, as long as it is reasonable. As for starting, you can start with anything. But I advice you pick a Winx level since new rules are coming about everyone starting from beginning. | |
