The Role-Playing Rules

(1): Before an OC can go and explore the RP Universe, they must be approved by an RP Moderator. The moderators will have a final say on whether or not the OC complies with the rules set forth. If the OC does not, the mods will point out what is missing or wrong, and suggest what to change it to. Until the OC can be approved, the user is NOT allowed to role-play as their OC.

• The Application/OC Sheet is meant for the poster and the RP Mods. All other members cannot post on the sheet and must present compliments/information to the poster/RP mod through private message.
  

(2): Only 3 active OCs for everyone. You can have up to 6 OCs, but you can only use up to 3 OCs. If you want to use one of the other inactive, you will have to post you want to switch with another OC in this thread HERE. You can use 2 OCs in the Magical Places. The OCs used in Magical Places MUST be from the active OCs in the official role-play. You can use these 2 OCs together in one RP, or each separately in an RP. You can be in up to 2 RPs in Magical Places at maximum. You can't use same OC in 2 RPs.

(3): No family members of any sort to any Winx Club character will be allowed. This means no parents, siblings, cousins, aunts, or the sort to any canon member. Meaning, given the continuity of the show, OCs that wish to be a family member of any canon Winx Club character will not be allowed. This means that the OC cannot be related to the character in any way by blood. This also includes adoptions and steps. The only exception to this rule is second cousins and further.

• We understand some OCs have family relations to Winx Club characters, but this can't be done. The winx are 22-23 and they can't have kids that are older than them. Plus, we follow the Winx story-line. We are cannon to the show, and we know very well the Winx aren't married. Of course, for who disagree with that, we thought of another idea. The OCs can be of a royal family that is related to the Winx characters by friendship ONLY.
  
• A second note, OCs CANNOT be daughters, sons, cousins, aunts, nieces, nephews, mothers, fathers, grandfathers, and grandmothers to ANY Royal Family that is canon from the Winx Club series.
  

(4): Your character must be your own fictional character. They must be created from your own work. Your character CANNOT be someone else's OC nor is a character from shows, stories etc. It must be completely your own original character. Be aware that OCs aren't allowed to be ripped directly from other fandom's in looks, powers, personality, or backstory. You must ask for permission if you would like to use something that has already been made by another member to their OCs.

(5): We prohibit the use of other member's character. These are their own characters and only they can decide what actions or words they want to be done. No exceptions.

(6): You can be any type of creature, whether you would like to be a fairy, a witch, a wizard, a mermaid, a pixie, etc. However, note that you should not go wild with your authorizations of choosing your own creature. We do not want people being half-fairy-half-witch-half-mermaid, that's one too many half! Note that your creature must be accepted by Role-Playing Moderators. (7): We give you authorizations on making up your own planet. However, please note that this planet must be like any other planet in the Magic Dimension, not something out of the extraordinary. Also, if you come from a planet that's not listed in the Role-Play, you must state in your character's history how they moved to one of the planets in the Role-Play.

(8): No cursing or being rude to other members. This is strictly prohibited and you might get banned from role-playing for doing it.

(9): No copying other people's ideas. You must stick with your own idea, do not copy others. It is their idea, they thought of it first. If you believe that your idea has been stolen, please notify one of the RP staff members immediately, of course, with evidence on hand to prove your innocence.

(10): No super violence or gore is allowed. Little blood, little gore, and slaughter talk and action is okay without going into extra details. No crossing this rule as it's one of the most important rules. Breaking this rule might result in a ban.

(11): If you want your OC to have a new transformation, you must get permission from an RP Mod. Your OC will not immediately gain the transformation; the mod will set up a thread to challenge the OC. Once all challenges are met, your OC will then be granted the transformation.

• Note: If you have an idea on what challenges your OC should face, speak with the mod about it. If the mod thinks they're good enough, then they will be used. Also, if you already did Enchantix, Believix transformations etc. in the unofficial role-play when it was canon (Click here to get directed to the unofficial role-play) please tell us, as it saves us time to look through every role-play. We have record of most people who did these challenges and/or still doing them. They're all stored and assured they're doing well.
  

(12): Power classes. You will get to pick from 33 available powers which can be found by clicking Here. If you picked power of darkness for example, another person can have darkness. It's not just about you. Everyone can have similar powers, not just you. That's how role-playing works. No power is exclusive for the other. Also, you can have 2 powers but, each power will be 50%/50% so that it doesn't make you stronger to others. Such as Light and Darkness. Of course, opposites can't be combined (Except Light and Darkness). Example: Technology and Nature. Fire and Water.

(13): Houses! You just name us! Villa, cottage, even cave! In any planet you want tell us and we will set you your house in your desired area.

(14): You can't add your own plots, subplots, or any stroy-lines to someone else's RP. If you want to add anything, even the slightest, you must PM them and they must approve of your idea. This is extremely prohibited and it annoys a lot of people.

(15): Your OC's power must begin at the basic level once you begin role-playing with them. Meaning, your OC cannot suddenly be a very strong wizard, or an Enchantix fairy from the very begin. Your OC must start being a very basic one, then gradually earn their power and experience.

(16): If you want to update your OC, you are free to do so. However, they must be approved by role-playing moderators. You may continue role-playing with your OC until your updates are available, but keep in note that you cannot use the updates of your OC until role-playing moderators approve of them. EVERY TIME you add changes to your OC, you must post in your OC's thread what the updates exactly are, even if you were the last to post; so don't fear double posting.

• You may do drastic changes in your OC without the prior need of character development or any sort of event that triggered these changes if your OC has been created at most since a month. Anything after a month can't be too drastic without proper reasoning. Role-playing moderators hold the right to not re-approve an OC if the changes are too extreme. 
  

(17): Your OC cannot be in two places at the same time. If your OC is in a certain shop for example, you can't suddenly post, for example, in another shop indicating this exact OC is in shop 1 and shop 2 in the same time. You must first leave the current place your OC is in to head to the second place.

(18): Any OCs despite their skill level, social class, fame, importance etc., will not be instantly praised and recognized for such reasons upon entering the role-playing world unless an RPC/OC chooses to do so by their own will. No matter what's your OC's status is, you can't have your OC get special treatment and/or privileges over others in an unfair way in the role-playing world. 

• We abide by the first-come-first-serve dogma on many situations. No matter what's your OC's position, you can't snatch away anything from a certain OC if they had claimed it first.

(1): We are allowing the use of fan-made transformation as they are fun and entertaining. Plus, they are something new, which interests some of our members, so do not hesitate to make up one. But, you must make your own idea, not copy from others. But these transformations will in no-way be canon or affect your Role-Playing character. The fan-made transformation is a one-time use in the role-play you are doing to obtain it and you can't use this transformation but outside the specific role-playing thread for the fan-made transformation. Of course, if there's a sequel to the fan-made transformation role-play, you may use the transformation again but ONLY in the thread for the fan-made transformation.

(2): You can only be in so-many role plays at a time. Your limitation is a number of two role plays. Once a role-play is completely done, then you may move on to another of your choice.

(3): Each player will only be allowed to make two role play stories at a time. This is to keep our forum clean, and to prevent constant spams. Plus, everyone can make their own story line.

(4): If you went on a hiatus from a certain RP for more than 10 days, you will be disqualified from the role-play and won't be able to join back to it unless you ask for permission.

(5): If you already have an OC in a running Role-Play, you CANNOT use it in another RP. You must use a second OC to participate in the second role-play. Members seen using one OC in 2 role-plays will be automatically removed from the second RP.
