Dormitory Two

A room that sits empty for now for new students that arrive. Ka'Cova, Lir (Oropher), and Azarias are residing in this dorm.

Ka'Cova entered his dorm with the key he had been given. Looking around it before getting out of his armor to take a shower so he was at least decent again.

Soon he spend a full hour cleaning and working a bit on his armor after having picked a room of his own. After doing his armor he locked the door and started rubbing the two swords he carried along up in a richly fragnant oil to keep them sliding smoothly and protect them from any chance of rust. If nothing out of the ordinary was found he looked up his scedual and if no classes were starting for him soon he grabbed his swords and a small double-scroll that functioned as a book and headed outside again

The only thing that was set to happen was a class in the circle in a few hours.

katsuya enters his dorm and begins to unpac is belongings. After punpacking he put on one of his hoodies and and walks out the dorm. Heading for the arcade to meet his sister. Still wearing his ring.

Oropher walked back into the room, he would call home for the next three years of his life. He saw the hint of someone else having been inside the room but it could have been a cleaner or maid for all Oropher knew- and frankly, for all he cared either.

After unpacking, he made his way to sit on the couch and opened his book. It wasn't a bad book, in fact Lady Blackwood had recommended it to him on the basis that it was based on an event a few hundred years ago in New Gaia that the Blackwood family had taken an active part in. Oropher admittedly hadn't found the plot all that interesting- but reading about his new family was what pushed him to follow through with the book.

His new family... He let the words echo in his mind. It had been a strange thought when Oropher had first agreed to become Lir Blackwood... But now.. Well now he couldn't have felt more comfortable as a young earl of an influential county.

And he felt different as well- he had not been as amazed at the sight of the prestigious Red Fountain College. Of course, Lir Blackwood would have seen better than this place. He made instant decisions on whether or not it was worth his time to speak to someone the same way Lady Blackwood had taught him as though it was second nature.

He supposed many would have wanted to resist such changes, but not him. This was where he was born to be at he was not giving it up at any cost.

Ka'Cova entered the second dorm some five minutes after Lir, having taken a detour past some places of interest before heading back to retrieve some of his gear.

As he entered the dorm he quickly noticed too that there had been some small changes around the place before he too noticed Lir sitting on the couch. He gave him a gesture of honour and walked off to retrieve a few of his personal writing utensils before taking a seat across of Lir, his odachi still at his side as he started to write on a scroll with a slow hand.

Oropher resisted a sigh of exasperation as he saw his opponent from earlier on walk in. He did some sort of gesture, which Oropher could only guess was a greeting before disappearing.

During which time, Oropher tried to get lost once again in the pages of his book- but alas, as Ka'Cova sat opposite him, Oropher found it nigh impossible to ignore even the apparently mute roommate over the exceedingly over-the-top drabbling of the author.

Having moved onto a chapter featuring none of the people he was interested in, he found himself caught between two things he really did not look forwards to doing. Eventually, he set the book down and looked to Ka'Cova.

"So, would you be attending the festivities on Earth this evening?" Oropher asked.

Ka'Cova looked up and pondered a few moments upon the words of his former opponent. He had occupied his time by trying to find the right words for something before taking a new page and wrote something on it 'I am unsure if I will' it read 'I have no invitation nor person to go with'

He placed the page on the table in between them and turned it around so Lir could read it. Ka'Covas handwriting was very elegant and fluid, never having scratched a single word or letter out from his writing. Clearly he would be thinking about his words a lot.

Oropher rolled his eyes as Ka'Cova passed him a note, placing his book down by his side as he looked to Ka'Cova. He took it back, the twice forsaken narrator of the stupid book was better than talking to his new roommate.

"Hasn't a doctor or whoever you've been to see about your problem- whatever it might be," Oropher half-snapped as he leant back against the sofa and away from the paper, waving his hand dismissively as he talked about whatever it was that was wrong with Ka'Cova aside from a dire need to learn some socialising skills. "-given you something more sophisticated to communicate with?"

"Because I'm not about to play pass the note like a tenth grader." He muttered as he opened his book again and picked up from where he left off.

"It's an open event," He said without looking up from his page, "Meaning you don't need an invite."

Ka'Covas face turned slightly grim on Lirs reaction as he clenched a fist "n-none..." He muttered as he tried to keep his calm as the more Lir spoke the more angry he got at him as he clearly tried to regain his cool

"It.... It is n-not.." He spoke slowly and sighed before falling silent again as if he knew not what to say to the other. Yet one of his hands was upon the smaller sword he carried around, clearly his displeasure towards Lir grew every moment but he wouldn't accept written notes.
