A open area at the top of Red Fountain where the Specialist put on shows and put their skills on demonstration. Practices can be found here as well.

Lir turned to look at the voice from behind. Yellow cloak. Zaltora. "You seem far from home." Lir observed. The man appeared to be fairly well-kept and coming all the way from Zaltora, Lir did not yet rule out the possibility that he was a man of worth.

"Can I help you with something?" Lir's voice softened to a cool and calm tone. He stiffened slightly as he felt a crippling ache inside his chest again. His breathing deepened. Lir did his best to shrug it off, keeping his composure as he addressed the wizard.

Darken touches the top of his head and screams due to the bald spot and runs away, but not before he trips over his feet and tumbles into a wall. After recovering, he just runs into the school.

Petrinax smiled and approached Lir, taking a step back to evade the freshly shaved specialist on his evasive manouvre from the circle "it depends" he returned his attention to the other specialist "are you free tomorrow night?" He simply asked. "I've got something to go to but I always prefer company when going out. Don't you agree?"

"I can check my calendar but I fear that I shall probably be all booked up, so I would not hold my breath if I were you." Lir returned abruptly. There was a strange edge to the wizard's words and if he was attempting to hint at anything, Lir was putting an end to such fantasies now.

"Though if you do not mind me asking, who is it whom I have the pleasure of meeting?" Lir inquired, still curious about the wizard. Perhaps a name would let him decide whether or not he was worth Lir's time.

Petrinax smiled and kept a calm face "not a problem" he said before adjusting his cloak a bit. As he gave another observing look to Lir

"My name is Petrinax Citadel, born and raised on Solaria" he spoke and made a semi mocking bow before standing up "and yours?"

"Blackwood of New Gaia," Lir answered. Citadel. Aside from a being a ridiculous last name, Lir also recognised it as one of note. A minor family so to speak. It was not one of particular worth or note to Lir but he understood that his actions would not go unheard of if he were to make a false move.

He looked over the figure again, this time with a more scrutinous eye. "So what is it you do around Red Fountain, if not to study?" He asked. Petrinax was clearly a Zaltora student, nobody would wear that outfit if they were not forced to do so.

Petrinax held his hand out to Blackwood and nodded "and does sir blackwood have a first name?" He asked him, showing he noticed his rather regal behaviour. As he was questioned about his motivations he just stepped back and opened his coat "oh, I just came to return some scrolls I borrowed a month ago" he stated and produced a simple but sturdy scroll case from his inner pockets.

Now his coat was open the amulet he wore, a T composite of a lego brick and a block of wood surrounded by an O of metal, could be clearly seen "and what's your buisness here?"

Curious... Lir thought to himself as Petrinax prompted him further for a name. The fact that Petrinax did not know Lir's name was perhaps dismissible, though given Lir was the earl of New Gaia it was strange for one of such standing to be ignorant of such a fact. More striking however, was the use of the wrong title. For a commoner, Lir would have shrugged off the mistake but for Petrinax to have made it, Lir assumed that he did not mingle much with the upper class.

Whether this was good or bad was yet to be seen. "Lir, Earl of New Gaia." He elaborated.

He arched a brow at Petrinax's question, directing Petrinax to the Specialist uniform of Red Fountain. "If it is not readily obvious, I study here." Lir commented- he paused as he felt his heartbeat picking up again-

Petrinax nodded as Lir finally spoke his full name "well then Lir" he awnsered him, not seeming to be very impressed "what is an Earl like you studying then? I'd assume at Gaia you'll have had propper private schooling" he deducted.

Giving a yawn he just realised something and quickly turned his attention to Lir again "say, how is the library of new Gaia? I am a student in ancient tomes, scrolls and writings but never been there before" he rubbed his chin in tought "could you perhaps give me a tour there sometime?" He missed the pause that Lir gave in his speech

"Of course." Lir waved off the implication that he would not be studying because of his position. His voice tightened slightly as he braced himself for a third wave of pain. "But I did not leave my home and family for three years to come back with a passable certification."

He felt the pain taking hold again, though it was slower this time. Allowing Lir to suppress any of the outward signs of pain. For the moment at least. As he was asked about the library, Lir took a deep breath and gave an honest answer to the question. "Extensive" He described. "Our collection of electronic tomes and novels will certainly match anything there is here in Magix. I do not doubt it would be useful to a scholar such as yourself, there are a great deal of textbooks that you will not find elsewhere kept there."

"It would be a pleasure to give you your first tour of New Gaia." Lir gave a pressed smile. "For now, I must take my leave. Goodbye." Lir said as he departed, sweeping away from the circle as fast as he could manage without making his hurry blatantly obvious.
