^Ogron was a good leader, but I didn't think he did anything too stupid, he's smarter than Icy, I bet Icy didn't think to turn Bloom's power back on her like Ogron and Valtor did, infact I think all they did with Ogron's design was use Valtor's model and change a few things to make it Ogron because he looks a lot like Valtor only with red hair and a black wardrobe instead of a red wardrobe and blonde hair.

^I think Gantlos is too strong, Anagan was lame all he could do was run fast, Ogron has the best power being able to turn an opponent's power back on them, after essentially being a magic sponge.

Avatar Last Air bender did have some interesting villains but wow I don't think Ozai was the true villain, only a part of perhaps Ursa's plan? But seriously Azula made fire/lightning a popular element just by having it blue, Winx needs more awesome powers like that such as metal or something.

Wizards of the Black Circle are my most favorite villains. I don't know why, but they are.

Btw. I voted for Ogron because (as you said) he's strong but stupid sometimes xD
