Honestly, part of me is doing this topic in defense of Diaspro because I feel she's been unfairly treated in the show and because of that Sky looks like he did nothing wrong when he cheated on her and dumped her for Bloom.

I think Diaspro as a character has a lot of potential, but the writers of the show turned her into a shrew which diminished Sky's roll in hurting her feelings. I don't feel she deserves all the hate she's received in the Winx Club Fandom

That would help a little, why hasn't Bloom acted on telling Diaspro she was paranoid at the time and sky didn't tell her?

Because that would mean that Bloom would have to admit that she was wrong and the writers don't seem to want that to happen until her Sirenix Guardian whaps her over the head with that piece of information.

Bloom was in the wrong in season 1 when she attacked Diaspro. Diaspro was in the wrong in season 3 when she spelled Sky with the help of Valtor. Sky though has been in the wrong since season one as well and that man child needs to be taken behind the barn and shown the how, the what and the why.

I agree Sky needs either a verbal or physical spanking either by Diaspro or Bloom and I take it that during the gap between seasons 2 and 3 which is only about two weeks or so according to Flora (she said it was short) Bloom tried and was warned never to do that again based on her reaction to her's and Sky's fight.

I've only seen Sky confronted in fanfiction both by Diaspro and by Bloom. What he did was wrong and I hate that everyone seems to want to blame Diaspro.

You know how Bloom has that Mary Sue Bad Rep? Sky's got a Marty Stu/Gary Stu one and that's just as bad. I defend Bloom (I don't see her as a Sue) the same way I defend Superman as there are a lot of similarities between the too, last survivor of some dead place? Check, could take over the planets if they wanted too? Check, struggling to do good and not wanting to admit their problems? Check. They are written as people who when their heads are screwed on right (like last season for Bloom and pre-N52 for Superman) we can aspire to be like yet people want characters who are more like Batman and Tecna simply because they are easier to relate to yet they are kinda pessimists while people in the Superman and Bloom department are generally optimists and let's say your more likely to run into Clarks and Blooms than Bruce's and Tecna's. Diaspro does need to set up a diplomatic meeting with Bloom and ask why she gets so angsty about Sky, hopefully season 6 will make a subplot out of that, the major plot should be Roxy becoming the seventh Winx (since she hasn't disappeared yet) or giving Flora and Tecna back stories as both would be interesting, I kinda like them not revealing Stella's and Musa's all at once gives Musa the mystery of the melodies and Stella the mystery of the sunbeams.

I'm not too fond of Diaspro.The only thing good about her is Ariana Grande voicing her.

i understand why diaspro hates bloom. It makes sense but spelling sky and trying to make them break up is called going too far.

I think Diaspro was tricked into thinking that this could help her more. No, taking away free will isn't right, but I think the writers were looking for drama.

True but it beats the alternative Diaspro was considering which also breaks the rules. KILLING Bloom or would that have been better to see how everyone would act in that situation? We know if one Winx dies then the group almost breaks up. I wonder if there are any other fire fairies that could provide backup or would the Winx just stay at 5 if that happened? I'm thinking they'd stay at five, and if the leader question is ever brought up we know who the argument is between Aisha and Tecna as they have usually been on Bloom's right making them second and third in command effectively in that order. I'd like to see that argument actually and have Flora settle it if Bloom didn't have a statement in the Winx Club Rules and Procedures (I'm sure one exists even though we've never seen it) about the subject of who gets to be leader should she perish. There are reasons the other three can't be leaders and they should be obvious.

You know I would really like it if Diaspro just accepts Bloom and Sky being together and Bloom and Diaspro become friends.
