Chapter Ten
Previously on Ruby and the Sirenix Box:
Ruby and Cassie went into the cave. "It sure is dark in here!" Ruby told Cassie. "Umm....Ruby? Did you just touch my legs?" asked Cassie. "Noooo......" responded Ruby. "AGH! HELP! SOMETHING GRABBED ME! IT WON'T LET GO!" screamed Cassie. "CASSIE! Oh no! I can't see a thing! "SHINING GEMS!" she shouted. The blackness faded away and she could see Cassie, who was in the arms of a giant mutant squid!
"Cass! Oh no!" said Ruby. "Let me GO!" screamed Cassie as it held her closer to it's mouth. "Ugh!" said Cassie as she hit it. It let go of her. Violet and Luna swam in. "What is that?" said Luna terrified. Violet dodged the tentacles and went behind it. "What are you doing Vi? Are you CRAZY?" shouted Cassie. Violet grabbed this silver shield from behind it. "I know what to do!" she said. No one had a clue what she was doing. "COME AT ME BRO!" she screamed at it. It shot toxic at her and she put the shield in front of her. It bounced off and hit the squid. It faded away. "Woo-hoo! Way to go Violet!" said Luna. The Sirenix boxes appeared. "A gem!" said Ruby. "We did it" said Cassie. "No, Violet did it" said Luna as she winked at Violet. They swam out of the cave. "That really didn't take long!" said Ruby. "Maybe we should go get another gem?" said Violet. "Let's take a brake first!" said Luna. They went to Magix City for lunch.
"That was so good!" said Cassie. "I'm so full though!" said Luna. "Yeah me too." said Violet. "Ruby what's wrong?" Cassie said, concerned about her friend. She was staring at something. "Ruby! Wake up!" said Cass as she snapped in front of Ruby's face. Ruby fell out of her chair! "Ruby! OMG are you okay?" said all of the girls. Then tall guy with black hair and blue eyes came over and said "Whoa are you okay?" "Y-Yeah!" said Ruby. "I'm Anthony." he said. Ruby blushed as he flipped his hair out of his eyes. "I'm Ruby..." she said. "Do you maybe wanna hang out sometime?" he asked her. :shock: "Sure Anthony........." she replied. "Meet me at Lake Roccaluce tonight at seven." then he walked away. Cassie nudged Ruby. "Ruby's in love! Ruby's in love!" she sang. "Stop it!" Ruby said blushing. She felt like she could fly so high she could touch the sky!
