Chapter Nine
Previously on Ruby and the Sirenix Box:
Luna's Sirenix Box appeared. "You all did a lovely job today girls., so here is you next clue: Venture where the dark depth of an ocean shine,a precious gem of self confidence lies in the deeps."she said before disappearing. "But guardian! Wait!" said Luna. "I am sorry, but that is all I can say, future princess of Solaria." she said. She was gone in the blink of an eye. "Oh! I've got it! Tomorrow, we shall journey off into the oceans of Solaria!" said Luna.
Cassie yawned. "Ahhh.....Good morning world an all who inhabit it!" she said as she stretched near the window. The girls got dressed and went to the cafeteria to eat breakfast. "We should hurry eating so we can get this done and over with."said Ruby. "I really don't feel like going on a mission today!" said Cassie stubbornly. "Too bad! Cass!" said Ruby. "Whatever...." she said.
After breakfast they went outside to the Odyssey Explorer. "Yay! I can finally get a suntan!" said Cassie. Luna rolled her eyes. Ruby took control of the wheel. "You are great at driving this thing! I could never do that! I would probably crash!" said Violet as Ruby was laughing. "Thanks Vi!" she said. Later they arrived."Here we are girls!" said Ruby proudly. "Let's transform!" said Cassie. "Magic Harmonix!"
"Ruby, Fairy of gems!"
"Cassie, fairy of Clouds!"
"Luna, fairy of Space!"
"Violet, Fairy of Flowers!"
They all dived into the water. "Let's go in that cave over their!" said Cassie. "How about we split up?" said Ruby. "Cassie, me and you will explore the cave. Luna and Violet will explore somewhere else!" said Ruby, taking control. "Let's go, Luna!" said Violet.
Ruby and Cassie went into the cave. "It sure is dark in here!" Ruby told Cassie. "Umm....Ruby? Did you just touch my legs?" asked Cassie. "Noooo......" responded Ruby. "AGH! HELP! SOMETHING GRABBED ME! IT WON'T LET GO!" screamed Cassie. "CASSIE! Oh no! I can't see a thing! "SHINING GEMS!" she shouted. The blackness faded away and she could see Cassie, who was in the arms of a giant mutant squid!
