Is there any required criteria for basic fairy transformation? Like has to wear some type of high heeled boot or wings have to be a certain size or no loose jewelry??

No idea. I would think it has to be something closely related to season 1 looks. So kind has shimmery sparkles on it.

I have read that you need to ask a mod if you could get a new fairy form in role-play and you have to meet certain challenges before you are allowed to use the new fairy form. Is that true

Well if its an event, then yeah. Like in the last event we had most of the fairy ocs managed to get their Charmix. If its outside an event, the mod staff will decide when its time to earn the next form.

In case you don't remember ALL of the transformations have shimmery sparkles on them. Laughing

I guess some sort of high heeled boots and not too much detail and no loose jewelry or fabric flying everywhere.

Just a normal look, Lily. Like the fairies' transformation in season 1. It shouldn't be strictly boots. You can find many pictures of minor fairies on the internet and that for sure should get you a basic idea of how they should look. And no, new transformations aren't premium to events. They can be gained anytime when the requirements are met.

I kinda have trouble on who to listen to. Like a mod tells me to change something and I spend a week deciding how to change it and then another mod tells me to change it back. So who am I suppose to listen to? It's kind of hard to make changes when one mod tells you that something is fine and then another tell me to change it.

I can tell why you're confused, and it's understandable. I suggest following the latest mod's request, and when the previous mod tells you to change it back, PM that mod and inform them of what the latest mod had said. At that point, the mods will handle the situation; it's better to do what a mod suggests and then let the mods settle it on the side.

What is the miniumum age of a fairy/witch to be able to use her powers and to be able to transform for the first time? Like I know that the winx were already able to fight against the trix in episode 2 so they probably have had their powers and the ability to transform for a while. And then miele and her friends are in "college" but really just look about 14 to me.
