Nick and Marriage being a No No?

First topic message reminder :

Everyone know's that the 2nd Winx Club movie and even the episode from season 4 took out the "marriage" concept. But why? Whats so wrong with marriage to Nick?

A Fairly Odd Parents episode had Timmy Turner's mom and dad get married in some crazy situation, and I bet even Spongebob had a marriage moment at some point.

So whats wrong with marriage anyway? Disney tossed out marriage left and right so why does Nick do this with the Winx?

I agree with You, it looks kinda funny that 20 years-old people can best way kiss (and that once in blue moon) and the relationships look super-artificial (and btw same is with showing "skin").
Though I think it would be pretty hard for Bloom to be both pregnant and active, even if that was possible option... But it would be fun to see pregnant skinny winx design Very Happy

AHahahah that may be true ^^ Becuz they can't really pick between Eraklyon or Domino, so, which world would it be better to happen at? Bloom's adoptive planet for the past 16 years of course! Oh my I can see it now, who would give Bloom permission to marry Mike or Oritel? Or would they both say it at the same time? It'd be funny if a hey she's my daughter thing broke out and then Vanessa and Marion had to say cool it honey you both gave our daughter permission now keep your peace or else you know how fired up Bloom gets!

No but a fight between Mike and Oritel almost broke out after Bloom said Dad what are you doing here? Mike starts to answer before Bloom goes not you (points at Oritel) you! Then Vanessa tries her best to keep things under control with Marion's help, though it's really confusing that she calls both her parents Mom and Dad, she could at least say Birthmom/dad to differentiate when they're in the same room as Mike and Vanessa.

I think they should just get married and the series would not be over, they would just be married and that's it. It should be a season finale and then they are married in the next season.

So if Nick is avoiding it, then why have them get married in the other version to begin with?

Guys, I've already said that it isn't just Nick who wants the marriage, I mean look, before Nick actually owned up Winx, everything seemed, erm, STUPID. I mean the story was so random! It was annoying that they didn't dub season 1 and 2, okay, but after that, they made the story make sense! With Magical Adventure, they are trying to fit it into the story, because it just seems like an out there story, no connections to the actual series. Thankfully, Nick helped them make it more sensible by connecting the stories to the movies, and not just having a movie, then having a series. It used to be like that, i mean for petes sake in Rai dub, Sky proposed on the first movie, then he proposes on the second one as well! STUPID aint it? So just to clarify, it is to connect the series to the movies. Also, if Bloom and Sky gets married, they will both have to take on the responsibility of being Kings and Queens, therefore they won't be able to do what they want. You guys can see how much time Sky has? He can barely get out. Bloom will be the same if she gets married.

Marriage would be awful at this point, Sky as Crown Prince barely has any Bloom time and Bloom when she becomes Crown Princess (which is what Princess Balls and the Princely equivalents are for, coronations) she will have even less Sky time if she gets married. They have enough problems and aren't ready yet. A marriage would end the show whether Icy crashes it or not. (Good thing Stella can just repair the dresses out of thin air, because I don't think they'd plan on transforming or they'd even want to) Bloom and Sky although we all want to see it you've got to think about the political side of it as well as the romantic side. Bloom and Sky would be busy dealing with Magic Dimension political affairs and hardly have a night to themselves to do what they want. I'm only bringing up the political side of this because of All magic kingdoms being highly traditional, Andros more than the others until Teredor and Niobe changed their mind about arranged marriages,Domino being the other one, marriage in the Magic Dimension is mainly political for royalty be they of royal blood or not, the lucky couple may marry for love but the parents tend to mainly want a marriage for political reasons, as most kingdoms are very 15th century in their running the place even if they look modern.
As much as I want all 6 couples to get married right now is just too soon, the 20's are supposed to be the best part of the Winx and Specialists' lives so if they do not want to get married until they are 30 after they've had their adventures and are ready to settle down then so be it. Most people do not want to get married until they are close to settling down meaning it'll be another two seasons at least before Bloom is ready to settle down, I don't think they'll be the first to get married, perhaps the last with Brandon and Stella and Flora and Helia. If anyone gets married first it'll be either Aisha and Roy or Tecna and Timmy or Musa and Riven as they're the most unlikely ones at this point. The show would end at Bloom and Sky's wedding and then we could go into spin-offs as to what happens next, it's been running for ten years and whenever they decide to end the show all the Winx will have to balance wedding plans and world saving (now there's something interesting to see). You just don't do something after everything has been done. A Winx Wedding is like catching Carmen Sandiego, what's next that's just.............................well......................................it. nothing else is next unless we venture into spin-offs where we see the birth of the Winx Kids.

Personally, with this edit, I kind of wonder how this is going to play off in the movie.
