Kayla's Story

First topic message reminder :

Ok so I'm making a fanfiction about one of my ocs, Kayla fairy of the sparkling flame. I really want to make it a good and captivating story. Basically it involves her living in Domino with her twin sisters Magica and Lisa, and she's the most unappreciated of the three and also the only one that doesn't have powers yet. This is the first chapter.

Ch. 1: Life of Dominoes
*Kayla is in her room reading her favorite book*
Thinking to herself: Why doesn't anyone like me? My sisters are so lucky to be popular
*Magica walks in*
Magica: Hey Kayla, why the long face? *smirking*
Kayla: Very funny, ok I'm just....tired
Magica: Please, I just know you're thinking of how jealous you are that I won the state championships for basketball
Kayla: You're so full of yourself. Who said I was jealous that you're so good at basketball?
Magica: I can see it in your fsce. Envy doesn't look good on you.
Kayla: Just get out, *throws pillow at her face*
Magica: Don't get mad at me just because you're the only one of us without your fairy powers
Kayla: I don't have them YET *rolls her eyes*
Magica: Are you sure? Kayla, its been 14 years, you'll never get your powers
Kayla: Are you so sure of that? I mean, Megan got her powers late too.
Magica: She got hers earlier though. Besides, at your age, if you don't have your powers, you'll probably never get them.
Kayla: *thinking: Boy, do I hate being the youngest twin
Magica: Anyways I've gotta go, I'm gonna celebrate with my friends
Kayla: Whatever *puts her head in her pillow*
*Lila, her rabbit comes in*
Kayla: Hey Lila, how are you?
Lila: *making mad noises*
Kayla: OOPS Sorry I forgot to feed you
*She goes to get food*
Kayla: here you go lila *feeds her*
Lila: *happy noise*
Kayla: Oh Lila, I think you're the only one that understands me. My sisters are good at something and I'm not. They have friends, but I don't.*sighs*
Lila: *snuggles next to Kayla*
Kayla: Aww Lila, you're my friend right? Oh yes you are.
Lila: *smiles at her*
Kayla: Why don't I have my powers yet? Why? Is there something wrong with me? I'll just forget about it.
*Night comes and Kayla goes to sleep*
*Next day at fairy school*
Molly: Oh hey Kayla *laughing* What are you doing here?
Kayla: what do you mean?
Molly: You're the only one of your sisters without powers, so you're wasting time here
Kayla: Shut it and leave me alone! *storms off*
Thinking: I'll show her, I'll show everyone that I'm special too

*The next morning Kayla woke up*
Kayla: Wow, at least it's Saturday. Now I can relax.
*Walks downstairs*
*Later Kayla goes for a bike ride*
Molly: Hi Kayla, wanna talk?
Kayla: What's there to talk about? Leave me alone, ok.
Molly: Look I'm sorry I got you into trouble, how about a peace offering?
Kayla: I'm not buying it and I said leave me alone OK *touches Molly's hands and burns her*
Molly: OWW! What is wrong with you? Wow, it's true, your sisters are so much better than you.
Kayla: Huh? What's going on? *feels her hands* I feel hot.

*the power goes out and everyone is in the dark*
Lisa: KAYLA! Can you get the torches and candles?!!!
Kayla: Ok, bossy. Umm I can't find the match *touches a candle and it lights up*
Lisa: *walks in* I thought you said you didn't have a match
Kayla: I don't, I...*confused*
Lisa: Whatever *takes the candle*

*In class*
Ms. Ferril: Ok class, today we're going to learn a new spell with water. I want everyone to come up and try to boil this container of water with their powers.
Molly: Not everyone has powers
Ms. Ferril: Just try your best. Any volunteers? *whole class is silent* Ok then, Kayla come on up.
Kayla: Wow seriously, why did she have to pick me? *goes up*
Ms. Ferril: Now focus all your powers, come on, focus Kayla
Kayla: Focus all my power, focus, focus *nervous* Ms. Ferril I can't do this.
Molly: We all knew that
*Everyone starts snickering*
Kayla: *very angry now* Who does she think she is? *stretches hand out to container of water and it boils out of control and breaks* ......What just happened?
Ms. Ferril: Uh..... Kayla, that's ok, go back to your seat.
Kayla: *embarassed* Oh no! How did I do that? Why did it break?

Jonny: Hey Kayla, what was that in class?
Kayla: I don't..know, it just happened.
Matt: It didn't just happen, she's the incredible hulk in disguise, RUN!!!
*Everyone laughs*
Molly: Kayla, I am so sorry about your mortifying and humiliating experience. Must be hard for you too be half human *takes out waterbottle*
Kayla: Oh YES Molly, I'm so embarassed, I really appreciate your kindness. What a mean brat *makes water in bottle boil and spill on her face*
Molly: *screams! MY FACE! MY CLOTHES! *accidentally bumps into the wall*
Kayla: Aww Molly, I'm so sorry about your mortifying and REALLY humiliating experience *laughs with everyone else and walks away*
