Temple of Mountfly

Located in the Yuznier Mountain, this temple seems to be the home of something important.

Now at the main entry to the temple, Gene and her group arrive to see the oozy purple stuff billowing out of the front, but there was no sign of tentacles, tendrils or the like.

As Finn being the last person left in the chamber moves to the door, a large cracking over head breaks the silence. A large spike of stone slams right through Finn's back and pins him to the floor, while another spike blocks the door. The young wizard hadn't time to react since the spike had killed him instantly.

Avalon turns at the sudden noise of stone on flesh from within the chamber, but is unable to do anything once the stone blocks the door. He looks down at the floor, making a fist. He had no words right now, but he felt sad, angry and numb all at the same time. "Let's....let's go." He murmurs.

Genevieve turned her head to witness Finn's death and the unfortunate occurrence of his body left to rot inside the now-blocked room caused Genevieve to shriek in surprise and letting out cracked yells of fear.

"Blast it." The man utters, hitting the rock gently with his fist. "We lost two fine young men and I have to tell both their families of this. I hate this part of the job." The man grits his teeth, knowing he had to do this duty tomorrow.

Upon witnessing the horrifying scene, Aisha fists one of her hands and engulfs it with Morphix that's brightly glowing; slamming one of the walls with all of her force, causing a small crack to form. "I can't believe we've just lost another one... right after we've finished our task.." Aisha said, gritting her teeth while sobbing. She walked silently away from her spot and into the exit.

Genevieve tears down upon the sight and quickly races behind the others. Rainie was shocked and felt exasperated for their fallen comrade, but managed to follow Genevieve and the others.

Eventually the group arrives outside the temple and with Lolina, Harmony and Roll.

Lolina looks at the group, seeing the tears and fearing the worst when she did not see two of their numbers. "Did...did something happen to Finn and Lir?" She just wanted to leave and hoped they would soon.

"Lir and Finn died in the battle, but we've managed to win. The purple substance you've all been seeing is called Wild Magic, and it was formed because Hoggar's energy source was corrupted by unknown means," she explained to the group. "Genevieve was responsible to seal the energy source inside a dragonfly years ago apparently, according to a flashback she had. Lir's body now functions as a vessel for the energy source to roam in," she ended, feeling sorry for the dead specialist. "We've also fought the corrupted dragonfly which was enlarged in size and was formed into a crystalline creature," she further added, now looking to the teachers.

"Teachers, let's form a portal to teleport back to the Owl ship in Ohm and take it back to Alfea," she suggested.
