Is Nabu Dead?

Subject: Is Nabu Dead? Tue Jul 24, 2012 5:57 am

First topic message reminder :

After watching episode 24 of Nick's dub of Winx Club I found out that Nabu isn't actually dead, he is just in a coma. When the Ethereal Fairies gave the Winx "The Black Gift" they said it would save one person from the brink of death (not actually bringing them back from the dead). So when Nabu closed the portal the Wizards made he used up all of his strength, putting him into this coma. And after Morgana said that she would watch over him till he woke up. Proving that Nabu isn't dead. So now it seems more likely of him coming back in Season 5.

*Thank Nick that they cleared this confusion up by redoing the lines better so people actually understood what was happening, unlike the RAI dub in this episode.

Well, since this was posted last year we know that Nabu's VA was only doing the lines for that one episode where he came to Aisha in a vision and accused her of letting him die and forgetting about him. When I saw that I actually had my hopes up for this season. It was an absolute disaster.

I really do hope that Nabu comes back in season 6 and isn't just replaced by Roy. I would hate if it were something like that.

He's in a coma,Hilary.But Roy would probably replace him.

I think if Roy replaces Nabu it will seriously affect the show and a lot of fans will stop watching it because they discarded Nabu so easily. He and Aisha were engaged and I don't think it would be good to show kids that you can just move on so fast.

As much as I hate to say it, we may not see more Nabu. It makes no sense to return, after placing of Roy and goals 26 episodes trying to approximate Aisha and him. May do and keep returning to Nabu when Aisha and Roy are already together to tie another drama? Hope Nabu to wake up and everything to develop successfully, because I think that would be very unfortunate if Aisha and Roy are together - looks like Aisha is ready to forget Nabu so fast, and that's not nice!

Yeah, exactly..

The only way I could legitimize Roy with Aisha so easily is if he was a reincarnation of Nabu. A friend of mine did a story that addressed that and it was pretty good.
