Hey guys, are you looking for an exotic adventure? This is the one for you! Today, I am starting a new file in Pokemon Crystal, and with a whole new team. They will symbolize and consist of the elements of the Winx Club fairies. AKA, your favorite fairies as Pokemon! So let's begin, shall we?

Episode 1: Adventure Starts Here! - Part 1

It's 1am in the morning, and I'm starting my adventure of Johto. The perfect time to do so, late at night, right? Professor Oak asks for my name, and since I chose the girl character (because girls rule), my name is "Roxy". She's the fairy of animals, and Pokemon are based of of them. So it seems fitting for my character to be named after the last Earth fairy. Before leaving the house, dear old mom gives me the PokeNav, which is like a cellphone or pager of some sort. It's also got a radio!

Next, I head out of my house, in New Bark Town, to go meet Professor Elm. He asks me to run an errand for him, lazy bum, and that I can bring a Pokemon along with me. Sweet! But which one? Chikorita, Totodile or Cyndaquil? It wasn't easy to decide, but I eventually chose none other than Cyndaquil. Now to give it a nickname. Who by any chance? BLOOM. Fortunately, I saved before picking my starter, because my Pokemon have to be female. Luckily, I got female for Cyndaquil, so the name Bloom works like a charm. Now I'm off to see Mr. Pokemon, to recieve the special item that Professor Elm needed. That was all the way in Route 30; north of Cherrygrove City. So we made our way there.

On the way, I trained Bloom (Cyndaquil) a few levels, and she learned Smokescreen! Way to go Bloom, creating dark clouds of ash and smoke! After we arrived in Cherrygrove City, a kind old man gave us the tour of the city, and what we need to know basically. Then he gave us a Map of the whole region. Score! After that, we made our way north and into Route 30, and reached Mr. Pokemon's house. He gives us the 'Mystery Egg'. Peculiar. We also notice that none other than Professor Oak is here, too! He introduced himself to me, and gives me my own PokeDex. Sweetness. Once we met the two, we head out and return to New Bark Town with the 'Egg' we got from Mr. Pokemon.

Suddenly, Professor Elm gives us a call, telling me to hurry back. Something terrible had happened in our absense! Gah. I always hate it when I miss exciting stuff. What could have happened? Find out next time.

Episode 13 – Come Join The Club!

Ah, Goldenrod City. What an amazing city to set sights upon. Roxy, Bloom (Cyndaquil) and Flora (Oddish) were in awe of the city’s numerous buildings and attractions. However, it was no surprise that the group got lost in the city. The place was like a bright and colorful maze labyrinth! The group did come to a old looking building though. Inside appeared to be a bike shop, yet, it looks like business hasn’t been that hip. Roxy talks to the owner, revealing that his shop is very well hidden, and it’s why nobody comes to his shop. But, the man gets an idea, that if Roxy could advertise for him, he could increase his business! Agreeing to this, the man gives Roxy a state of the art bike to ride for publicity and advertise his store.

Once Roxy was out and about, she rode the bike she was given, and started to ride all over the city! But so she doesn’t cause any wrecks, she returns back towards Route 34 and rides her bike all around the area. Accidentally, she stumbles into the grassy areas, where the Pokémon are found. Over a few encounters, she comes across one that she hasn’t seen before: a Jigglypuff! Roxy was definitely in favor catching her own, and sent out Bloom and Flora to battle the wild Pokemon. The two were able to weaken down Jigglypuff, so it can be easier to capture her. After a few attempts, Roxy threw a Great Ball towards the Jiggypluff, and in 1… 2… 3… it was caught! Roxy has a new member to the team! Introducing: Musa the Jigglypuff! Bloom and Flora welcomed Musa to the group, and now their party has increased by one.

Suddenly, Roxy got a phone call from the Bike Store. It was the owner! He’s here to tell us that because of our advertising by riding on the bike, his store is booming with business! With much appreciation and gratitude, the owner is letting Roxy keep the bike! What a deal! Now we can ride anywhere, and instantly. With that in mind, the group heads back to Goldenrod City, to do a lot more sightseeing.

Before they can make their way back however, a sudden shake bothers Roxy. She checks out the odd egg she was given from the Old Man. It’s hatching! The group was staring at the egg as it began to crack, and glow with glittler all around. Oh my… it’s a Cleffa! But it’s no ordinary one. It’s sparkling, like Roxy has never seen before. As it turns out, it’s a shiny Pokemon! These kinds are incredibly rare. Roxy was fortunate to include Cleffa to the team. The group had welcomed Stella, the shiny Cleffa!

With two new members added to the group, they return to Goldenrod City.

Episode 14 – A Goldenrod Adventure!

Now that the group has increased to 4; Roxy and her new friends explore the city, that is known as Goldenrod City. The first thing they do is check out the Department Store (aka THE MALL). Roxy’s impressed with so many items on sale. It’s just a shame that they had to drag Stella (shiny Cleffa) away from all the sales going on. Unfortunately, not too much merchandise looks good to be up for grabs today. However, there’s a cool TM section, where they can buy some pretty useful moves. Roxy purchased “ThunderPunch” in case we will need a Thunder attack for the future. On the way down, via elevator, the group exited the mall. Stella was in tears.

Next, they head for the west side of the city, and come across a house. As they enter, they figure out this house is owned by the family of Bill! Bill is the creator of the PC, where we store all our Pokemon. So we gotta thank him when we see him. His little sister gives us his phone number, for some strange reason.

After that, Roxy takes her Pokemon down into the basement grounds. Which is said to be dangerous; trainers are always looking for battles. But it’s a risk they’re willing to take. They gotta get to the haircut salon! Many trainers were fought against, and Bloom, Flora (Oddish), Musa (Jigglypuff) and Stella were not gonna go down! Many of them gained more experience and grew stronger. Once they defeated all the trainers they could, they head over to the Haircut booth. It’s owned by two brothers, and the older one is there. He gives Stella an amazing haircut, and she’s incredibly delighted!

Lastly, on this city adventure, the group heads over to the Goldenrod Tower, to check out the tunes playing. Musa was really excited for this trip. They head inside, and notice a little game going on. If Roxy can answer all 5 questions right, she will win a Radio Card; to listen to the radio channels. After two tries, she finally nailed it, and got her own Radio Card! Now she can listen to some cool channels over the radio broadcast. The group heads upstairs, and meets Mary; the co-host of the Professor Oak Talk show! What an honor. She also gives us a Blue Card, so we may keep track of points when we answer with the password she gives out every day. We’ll have to keep up with this. Sadly, this is as far as we can go in the tower. So the group exits out, and makes their way back to the Pokemon Center to rest.

Now that everyone is all rested, it’s time for the third gym badge!

Episode 15 – Pretty in Plain

It was that time once again. Roxy and her team were off to the Goldenrod Gym, to defeat the third Gym Leader on her journey. As they walked inside, there were plants everywhere, with a large area surrounded in many of them. Flora (Oddish) was very excited to see all these plants as they walked through. However, this Gym doesn’t strike Roxy was a grass type gym. It’s gotta be something else. As they encountered their first opponent, the Beauty had a team of Sentret. It’s obvious now; this is a Normal type gym! Let’s see if we can take this on like nothing.

Roxy and her team; Bloom (Cyndaquil), Flora, Musa (Jigglypuff) and Stella (Cleffa), all join in and take on battles like it’s the end of tomorrow. Stella proves to be a capable fighter, despite battling as a baby Pokemon. Musa’s Sing attack gives her an edge to attack her opponents when asleep. Flora learns the power of Stun Spore, and can paralyze her enemies! Bloom proves to be strong as ever, and helps her teammates when they need it.

After challenging the four trainers inside this gym, they proved to be no match for us. Yet it was a bit challenging, we made it through. All that stood in our way was the Gym Leader herself; Whitney. She’s very into to Pokemon, and adores them. Yet she warns us – she’s good! The battle commenced.

Leader Whitney would like to battle!

Her first Pokemon is Clefairy! The evolution of what Stella will evolve into. Roxy sends out Flora to weaken Clefairy with PoisonPowder. With a successful attack planted, Clefairy is still going all out. The Clefairy set up an Encore for Flora, so she can’t use any other move than PoisonPower. With quick resort, we return Flora back to her Poke ball. This time, it’s Musa’s turn to take her on! Clefairy now uses the infamous Metronome attack, and can create any attack she can. Nobody knows what move will be used, since it’s chosen at random. This time it was Beat Up, so Whitney’s Miltank can plainly attack Musa. After many trails and errors, Musa’s Sing attack won’t affect Clefairy, and Clefairy keeps on attacking Musa. Instead, Musa used Pound, so those Poison affects can be aided to take down Clefairy’s HP. Unfortunately, since we didn’t attack so soon, Clefairy used Metronome once again. This time it was Double-Edge! It took out Musa in a pinch, yet took out some HP by Clefairy herself. Musa fainted. Flora returns to avenge Musa! Clefairy had used Metronome yet again, and TwinNeedle had come to use. It only affected Flora, since her type was also part poison. After more damage was lost from the Poison status on Clefairy, Flora absorbed some of Clefairy’s health. Causing Clefairy to faint! Only one more Pokemon to go, and that’s Miltank.

Flora remains in battle, to see if she can land another Poison attack on Miltank. Sadly, she did not affect him at all, since Miltank was very fast. After Flora fainted from a Stomp attack, it was Bloom’s turn to come out and defeat this cow. Bloom fired her Ember attack straight for Miltank. However, Miltank was just getting started. Its furious Rollout attack had done damage to Bloom very badly. Bloom wasn’t going to stand for this, so her next Ember attack was much powerful! A critical hit! If Bloom can attack one more time, Miltank will fall. After the 2nd roll out attack, Bloom had barely survived! This was her chance. After one more Ember attack, Miltank had fainted! Bloom gained more EXP to the next level, and learned Flame Wheel!

The battle has ended. Leader Whitney was defeated! …Wait… is she… is she crying? Whitney began to cry in many tears for losing the battle. She would talk to us afterwards, but we need that badge! One of Whitney’s trainers tells us that she does this every time she loses a battle. We talk to Whitney again and remind her about the badge. She wipes off the tears, and hands us our Plain badge! Hurray! That’s #3! She also gives us Attact, a TM we might need for the future in our team. After our fair battle, we head on out. With this, we say goodbye to Goldenrod City, and make our way north. Off to the next city!
