Season 6 Coming Soon?

First topic message reminder :

So since Season 5 is coming August 26th at 12PM on Nick. Do you think Season 6 will come out this year as well or kick things off in 2013?

Don't get me started on the specialists because they were just sorry with the exception of Nabu when it came to fighting the wizards.

I never really realised how the rock band idea was stripping away Musa's identity. I completely agree with you on that one. And she's wasn't even the lead singer in the group, it was surprisingly :roll: Bloom once again.
I wasn't completely sure until now but Rainbow has definetly lost the sparx with the show. But hopefully Season 5 will redeem that.

This. My opinion on it is really similar.
The season had some really nice concepts with the earth fairies and tir nan og but I quickly got frustrated with it once we started seeing more.
The rock contract with Jason Queen was fine until they dragged the other girls into it, How DID they drag them into it anyway? It was so blatantly there to just sell merchandise I didn't pay much attention.
I didn't like the pets much either, but that's more personal preference over them messing with things.
Bloom relating to Roxy all the time was what bumped her down from being one of my favorite characters. I really liked Bloom in the first three Seasons, especially Season 2 but here she just tried too hard to make it seem like her and Roxy were so similar, when in fact they're completely different.
I hope Season 5 goes back to nicer quality, I'm really tired of all the stuff that's only there to sell merchandise.

Oh man, dont get me started on the music contract thing. Musa was perfect for that kind of achievement, but then all the Winx gets involved to form a rock band. Which came out of nowhere and everyone seemed fine with it. It's not just Bloom being involved, yet she gets the spotlight overall. Overshadowing Musa in the process.

Hopefully nothing like this happens in future seasons. In the means of making meaningful actions and choices that are in character. This sub-subplot was definitely off character. XD

Agreed. It was too cliche and it made no sense that Bloom was the lead. I saw that and was like WTF! But it did help me come up with some good parody.
