First topic message reminder :

An abandoned golden pyramid with lined up pearls far from the city, at the edge of the desert of desire. Some treasures that felt that shouldn't be kept by the royal family or the museum were kept here, with the intention that nobody would ever take them away. Enter if you dare.

Ally inhales deeply and narrows her eyes, focusing. Beads of seat formed on her forehead as she shot a beam into the fire, hoping it would cool down.

The beam was merely used as a distraction tactic. It was one of her weakest spells. She didn't want to waste magic on something that might not work.

"All right then- now that's sorted, let's get out of this place." Finn sighed as both parties stopped fighting though hardly firgave one another. Ah well, hopefully it wouldn't be all that long until they either found a way out or met up with Genevieve.

He followed behind Miyu and Ruby, preferably not wanting Photonis and those two to be behind one another. As they caught up to Amara, Ryan and Shizuka. "Right now we're a team again, have ye seen anything of interest?" He asked Amara, Sizuka and Ryan.

[Fire encounter]
As soon as Ally's beam lands the creature grows even quicker for a brief moment. Now people close to it would start taking small amounts of fire damage as the heat will start to sear skin, singe hair and melt plastic objects.
"PURGE... WITH... FIRE..." it roared as it sent forth a blue fiery shock wave blasting everyone in close proximity, including those approaching from the right path.

Right path

With a blue glow now being seen at the end of the hallway way by team Finn, the group feels the heat even more and then is hit with the shockwave. It seems the two groups have reunited, but under very poor conditions.

Genevieve briefly gets pushed; but she was already backing away before anyone so she remained safe from being shoved.

"This fire is going to destroy us! Can't anyone do something about it??" she asks loudly around the room.

Lexi was keeping her distance but feels the heatwave and gets pushed back. Her pendant was now glowing and and clasped onto it instinctively. "Maybe...maybe we could try a convergence?" She suggested, as it was the best thing she could think of.

Ka'Cova backed away from the heat, shielding his face as his armor took most of the heat up yet he still lost his eyebrows to it at least. He made a haslty gesture to retreat before those too far in front back to a safe distance, knowing his armor protected him for a while better than their clothes would "aim above it" he said hastly "collapse the ceiling" he suggested as he left the room and entered the hallway again. His armor slightly glowing of the heat.

The sound sphere only held up for a very limited time, a second or two at most before it blinked out of existence again. However the flame creature did seem to have shrunken a little, though the radiating heat was still scolding. Metal armor would enhance the heat's damage since metal conducts heat.
