First topic message reminder :

An abandoned golden pyramid with lined up pearls far from the city, at the edge of the desert of desire. Some treasures that felt that shouldn't be kept by the royal family or the museum were kept here, with the intention that nobody would ever take them away. Enter if you dare.

Right Path

For those that went ahead, the passageways twisted and turned, heading upwards and then downwards. The walls were lined with pictographs, some represented planets, others powers and yet one even showed a dragon. The blue flame was no where insight, but one could feel an increase to the temperature in the hallways.

"It's starting to feel hotter here and I don't think my fire rubies caused the temperature to go up." Amara said, something a diamond of ice to try make the air around her cooler.

"It's so hot," Shizuka complained quietly.

She looked at the passageways then cocked her head to the side. "This is more confusing than it should be."

As Photonis got up, Miyu lunged herself onto her, putting her in a headlock and punching her nose and cheeks.

Ka'Cova went with the rest of the group and stopped the moment the blue flame shot out of another hallway, holding his sheated odachi up in an instinctive protective manner to stop the rest from heading in before lowering it again. He got his sunglasses on as well to not get too much vision reduced by the fires light. Stepping aside he got into the room but stood next to the entrance.

"Hey, let's cool things down here-" Finn said, as he put himself between Photonis and Miyu and Ruby upon seeing them break out into a fight. "Come on, we came her to help Genevieve, don't ye think for her sake that ye can hold it together until we get back to Magix?"

Photonis stopped struggling, she didn't mind for this fight to end since she was at the recieving end of way too many punches her her taste. "Fine," she said and spat next to her about as much blood as she spat saliva on the ground. She rubbed her face and rib cage to check if everything was still in place, and aside from a scorch mark and some bruises it seemed that way.

The fiery creature didn't bother to attack, instead it just kept growing, chanting the words "Purge with fire," several times and the heat which was only a hindrance at first, now starts to scorch those closest to it. Perhaps it's time to do something about the thing before it grows too big.

"What do we do?" Ally yelled, preparing herself for attacking just in case.

Miyu smirked triumphantly as she rubbed her neck and cheeks, as seeing those were where Photonis' punches landed hardest.

She turned to Ruby and smiled gratefully. Although she truly was grateful, it took her a great deal of effort to mutter a quick "Thanks, or, whatever..." before scrambling off into the direction Amara, Ryan and Shizuka went.

"The heat is becoming unbearable! Someone do something about it! It's enough it's spelling death wishes to us!" she says as she backs off from the flames.

Ruby huffed out her nose. "Fine," she said to Finn, before turning to Miyu. "Um, you're welcome...or whatever." She turned around to catch up with the rest of the right group.

Photonis was last to follow the other through the path and took it slowly so she could recover at least a little before she'd arrive at whichever nasty surprise this temple still had in store for her.
