this film shouldn't have really had the semi civil war storyline in it. It was more of a sequal to winter soldier and had little to do with the original civil war storyline and even then, i found it difficuly to understand #TeamCap's viewpoint. Yes steve broughr up the fact he didn't like the goverment telling him what he can't and can do. But when 100+ countries are banding together at the UN to get the avengers to sign a document that holds them for acountability since an AMERICAN BASED SQUADRENT GOES INTO OTHER COUNTRIES AND DOESN'T HOLD THEMSELF RESPONSIBLE FOR COLATERAL DAMAGE OR DEATHS. SO THEY CAN BE HELD RESPOnSIBLE AND PLACE A SYSTEM THAT BOTH CAN WORK WITH. I got TeamIronMan so much? They do need to be put in check. Wanda was inexperiance with her power she should of had more training, she tried her best but that building still blew up and people died. Steve shouldn't have been distracted about bucky and noticed the bomb on crossbones. Steve's whole charecter arc revolves around bucky and i dont get it? He doesn't come up with solutions or alternatives to the accords and not once thinks about what civilians feel about these inahnces beings who are practically invincible.

Plus. Whenever tony tries to reason with steve, steve is too stuborn to actuallly sit down and have a civiliased conversation with him and his viewpoint is so selfish and made me question allot of his desisions.
The fact he found out sharon was related to peggy at peggy's funeral then afterword inisiated a kiss, it was forced and i got the feeling he was progecting his feelins for peggy onto her neice eww.
The fact he called clint for help, when he knows clints retired, has laura and the kids. Laura just gave birth not long ago. And this will probobly make clint become a fugative since they're breaking the law. And clint agrees?????? What?? Are you telling me clint doesn't think about his wife and kids at all??? Even tho in age of ultron he wanted the simple life and wanted to go home right away and be with his family????? Uhm?? YOU HAVE CHILDREN CLINT THINK aBOuT ThEM. Same goes with scott lang who in his first film made the whole point of seeing cassie and getting custody by improving his life and not going back to jail...... But now he's back in jail and him and clint have the gal to get angry at tony stark when 1. Tony didn't make the break the law like he told them. And 2. They're adults and should be thinking of their children before doing anything ILLEGAL. Even if its for captain america.

Ive herd the argument about tony recruiting spiderman was reckless and kids shouldn't be fighting in a war but to that i say, IT WAS A mARKETING PLOY. mARVEL NEEDED A wAY FOR SPIDEY iN THE FILM AND iT MAKeS SENCE PETER AND TONY WOULD BOND OVER SCIeNCE AND TEch. Not to mention, tony 1. Gives peter his new costume with better improved eye lenses so he can focus and control his senses. 2. Tells peter to stay out of the main conflict of the fight, keep his distance and shoot webs at folk. 3. The second peter gets hurt, tony sends him home to aunt may even tho peter is saying he can still fight and tries to stand up, tony wasn't going to let this kid risk his life and instantly put his safety first over winning the battle..... Unlike captain america who let half of his team get captured so he and bucky could grt a quinjet...... YOu SEE wHY I FEEL STeVE IS SeLFISh..... Not to mention steve drops a truck on peter and then just casually has a convo with him saying he doesn't know whats going on. Like gee captain america, throwing trucks on 15 year old high schoolers is totally not disturbing at all. you are such a good american

Okay then we get to the finale, tony's actually admiting he was wrong aboht bucky. Sam told him where they went. Tony's going to help them take down zemo and then zemo shows them the footage of tony's parents being killed by bucky. Might i add its kinda dark and disturbing for marvel. As howard is punched to death in the face by bucky's metal arm and maria is choaked. So rightfully so, tony is annoyed and hurt and angry, looking distraught and broken since for years now he's assumed it was a car crash and to be stranding beside your parents killer does allot to a persons head. sTEVE THO KNEW

Steve rogers, the guy who was angry at nick fury in avengers for keeping secrets, who was angry with natasha for keeping screts, who was angry with tony in aou for keeping secrets is so selfish and hypocritical, this was the turning point i lost all respect for the charecter. So its okay for steve to keep secrets that are rather important and stuff from his "teamates" but his teammates can't lie to him W H A T I S T H I S.

You can't justify this. I don't even care if he was "protecting bucky" he should of told tony upfrony ages ago, and then we wouldn't be in this mess. Explaining the situation to tony and then heck tony could of maybe i dunno HELPED BUCKY REGAIN MEMORIES AND STUFF AND STOP THE TRIGGER WORDS. But no. Steve was protecting himself. So rightfully so, tony is mad that his childhood hero lied to him to protect the man who killed his mom, the only person who unconditionally loved him and didn't stab him in the back in his life so far unlike a few others cough obodiah stane, the guy from iron man 3, steve rogers cough

They start fighting. Bucky attacks the suit so he can't fly. Tony blasts bucky's arm off. Cap is mad. They do that iconic shot from the comics. Steve rips of tony's helmat and bearly decapitates him with the sheild, the look of terror in tony's eye gets me everytime. Thensteve just cracks the suis acr reactor. Leaving him stranded there and takes bucky.

We then cut back to avengers hq. And rhoody's still trying to walk with the new leg tech tony made, visions sad and then steve sends tony a letter "apologising" yet it was such a non apology i wpuld have just throw the phone and letter away at this point cause its clear steve rogers proboboly never liked tony stark and even though he's seen as the selfless one, steve rogers is so unlikable and selfish in this film i think the only reason he has fans is cause chris evans is an actiractive man, when in reality tony stark is the selfless one cause throughout this whole film you see him go through hell and back and not once does he try and deflect the blame like steve does multiple times.

I just. I don't even know if i like this film or not? Cause i just angers me so much.
