The Central Courtyard

The Central Courtyard is a large open space at the center of the school where students can sit and spend their free time. A Well through which the tunnels connecting Alfea, Red Fountain and Cloud Tower to each other can be accessed. When the moonlight shines on it, the well opens a portal, which leads to another dimension with lots water, where the map of the Infinite Ocean can be seen. A Public Square where functions such as the beginning of year and graduation ceremonies are done. It also serves as a landing space for flying ships.

"Shocking Beauty!" chanted Genevieve as she shot her spell next to Mina's.

Dodging The fireball erupting from bloom narrowly while launching upwards a barrage of spells followed Daphne though her blistering ascend stretched the maximum range of the spells severely. Though due to the sheer amount of spells launched at Daphne she couldn't dodge every incoming projectile. The water bolt hit her hard in the stomach and finally the water wave washed over Daphne stopping her ascend and leaving her slightly disoriented for a moment.

Quickly Daphne shook off the disorienting tumble the wave had invoked though it still took her a couple of seconds. She looked down seeing some fairies already catching up. "THEY SHALL BE MINE!" She shouted as soon as she estimated Bloom was within earshot. In Daphne's hand a green blowing orb formed. "Prison of roots!" she called out as a 20 foot radius sphere started forming around Bloom, with its call closely resembling rock-hard tree roots.

"I won't let you take them or hurt anyone Daphne!" Bloom roars, pulling her arms together once she was enclosed inside the roots. Her hands start to glow with orange light and she slowly spreads them apart, "I will break this prison apart and help you like siblings do! Flame Storm!" A two stormy jets for rush out from her hand and break against the side of prison.

With the flamestorm raging inside of the prison orange flowing cracks form over the surface of the sphere, matching the color's of Blooms conjured flames raging on the inside. With a crack a thousand fold louder than glass breaking the sphere burst into several hundred heavy and weirdly shaped chunks of wood flying off in all directions and starting their fall where they would shower everyone and everything, breaking tiles, ruining the bushes in the courtyard, shattering Alfea's windows and punching holes in the roofs of all dorms.

Daphne herself started to show pearly beads of sweat on her forehead and she seemed to breathe deeper and faster to compensate for the exertion of the maneuver she had pulled off.

With the sphere exploding around her, the impending shockwave dazes Bloom, while a piece of wood clocks her in the head. Hanging in the air for a brief moment, the red head tumbles from the air, head first, landing with a resounding thud as she lands on top of Stella.

Having been too close to the Sphere, Musa take a large dose of wood to her midsection and a large piece to the side of her head. Releasing a scream of pain, Musa tumbles in the air and lands face first in a bush.

"MUSA, BLOOM!" Aisha bellows, dodging around flying pieces of wood, only to have a large piece slam into her back, sending her flying directly into the side of the building. Looking over her shoulder and with blurred vision, the Princess of Andros slowly loses consciousness and falls to the ground near Musa.

From the balcony of dorm four Zaflore jumped upwards, transforming mid jump darting upwards once the transformation was complete. She wasn't quite the fastest so she couldn't save the Winx plunging hard into the ground. She realized this and thus completely ignored them for the time being since there were bigger fish to fry in her eyes.

Mina gasped, seeing the winx fallen down. "Reflective Love!" She puts the shield around them, to protect them.

"Diamond Freeze!" Amara shot at Daphne, while trying to avoid the wood loads hurling in the air.

Cadence flew out of the history classroom but got hit by a plank of wood that she wasn't expecting to meet. She stumbled a bit in the air, but shook the dizziness off.

"Mina this isn't working!" she told her. She felt this moment was going to be their doom. If the unbeatable famous Winx are being beaten this hard, what could they do? She thought they might as well escape to assure their lives.

"Mina....I don't know what to do..got any idea?" she questioned her more experienced Love user, in hopes she might have any solution. For now, she had her mind set clear on simply stunning due to the fact she thought everything else will fail at such a strong person as Daphne in her current form.
