Unpopular Opinions in Winx

First topic message reminder :

This is the thread where you post your opinions and thoughts that not a lot of other people share in the winx fandom.

For me:

- I actually like both the bloomix and mythix song
- I like the mythix look a lot
- I think Bloomix looks better than Enchantix
- I don't find roxy annoying
- I'm not that wowza on Helia x Flora, they just seem too nice to each other...like there relationship revolves around poems, flowers, and origami. (PLEASE DON'T KILL ME Razz

)
- Tecna is my favourite winx
- I do not like the look of sirenix but if I had to choose one then I would go with Daphne
- I was hating on the winx for a few episodes of season 4 because of how they were treating the specialists
- I don't feel like the mythix wands are a rip off of sailor moon since fairies are often drawn with fairy wands.
- I didn't fall for the fake surrender of the black wizards
- I was suspicious about Avalon like Tecna but then kind of lost that suspicion after Tecna was proven wrong in episode 9 of season 2.
- I don't care about the selkies
- I didn't like the animation in the movies at all

I dont like the fact they made the entire plot of season 2 into one special whereas season 1 was summed up in three. It really kinda irks me and also hinders darker as a villan in the nick dub since he did hardly anything. I missed seeing the manipulitce side to him and him almost winning and only losing by sheer luck that they were able to get bloom to break from his dark spell.

the desing of the harmonix outfits dont like to me, specially because could be very bothering in the middle of a fight, i dont like how looks bloom's bloomix, but i like how looks musa in these transformation.

i think the arc of the legendarium could be better used in the fact of the girls portraying characters of those legends; a idea that i have is that the winx, in order to obtain the key to close the legendarium must obtain certain items from some fairytales, with these purpouse the winx must enter to legendarium to portray the heroines of certain fairytales: bloom/cinderella, layla/the little mermaid, musa/snow white, tecna/badrulbadur fron alladin, stella/rapunzel, flora/belle from the beauty and the beast, to obtain the items asociated with thsi heroines.

Wow i never saw this post! Well here i go!

- I was more excited about sirenix than harmonix for the fact that i thought the 3D animation was going to be like the Secret of the lost kingdom

- Bloom is one of my favorite character from the winx

- Nick ruined winx and my life

- Nick ended winx caused it showed the girl getting married.

- I still can't believe that Musa got over riven that fast

- The live action movie better be good

Yay, more!

-I don't mind seasons 5-7. I don't like 5 as much but there are good things about it. I'm still sad about what Nick did though.

-I'm sick of some fans complaining how there is nothing good about the new seasons. I can find AT LEAST 3 good things about each season.

-While Believix is my favourite, I think the Bloomix outfits are the best. I still love the Believix outfits and I don't think Believix deserves most of the hate.

-I don't think Enchantix outfits make the Winx look mature.

-I like Flora's moody side in season 7.

-I don't like Bloom's personality as much. She was nice at first, but I'm not keen on her personality now. But season 7 seems to be showing glimmers of hope with her slightly ditzy side.

-I love Mythix and I think I looks nice in CG.

-Even though I'm not keen on Bloom, I don't want her dead like some Bloom dislikers.

1. All the Winx really dont need boyfriends. One of the most attractive parts of the show is that there an all girl group of strong fairies. They dont all need boyfriends or at least give one a girlfriend.

2. Season 5 and 6 fairy outfits are bad, besides Bloomix, and even Bloomix isn't that good. They should go back to season 3 and 4, where the Winx all have different outfits instead of the same one with different colors and accessories. With Enchantix and Believeix they were different outfits with the same themes, Not the the same boring outfits.

3.They should introduce more character with different body types, and THEY AREN'T VILLAINS OR PORTRAYED AS LESSER. I'm really tired of seeing the same character with different eyes, skin color, ect. The Winx is about cool fairy girls who beat up monsters. They don't all need to be tall amazonian goddesses with wide hips and 0 waist. We need more body positivity in this show/

4.They need to bring back old characters instead of having them show up in the back ground every now and them.

Ok my unpopular opinions:

1. Tecna is my favorite Winx
2. Roxy should never be a Winx just a support character
3. All of Winx animation is very well done
4. Nickelodeon needs to put Winx on a decent rotation on its teen nick channel AND on the main nick feed to give it more exposure
5. Bloom is not a merry sue
6. 4kids COULD HAVE done better but it turned out horrible
7. Rainbow shouldn't have killed the Winx fan forum on its own site (then I would still have friends and not have to build a support network for my co-workers from scratch)
8. The specialists have degraded in quality both in overall character and in their relationships with my beloved Winx
9. The specialists /Winx relationships either need serious retooling or need to be scrapped entirely
10. Bloom does not deserve AS MUCH hate as she gets. "One bloom hold the fan hate please"
11. Let me continue and the database backend will crash as I've got lots to say and the site might crash so I'll stop now

12 BONUS: we need more diverse characters (in the realm of trash the "boy+girl stereotype" physically diverse characters). What I mean by these things is bring in a bi or character who doesn't meet societal norms for expected of who/what to love and maybe a more "round" Winx (not to be offensive) but I think the concept of "thin heterosexual girls all of the time" still enforces the "this is the way it aught to be" message society shoved down girls throats everywhere else. I used to be a champion of Winx when people would tell me things like its over, but after analysis I can kind of agree just on a different argument.
