ok don't get to excited and say deme back because im not im only wanted to do this so I can get this out my mind.
Winxclub Season 6 episodes
Ok I know yall havent uploaded the rest of the episodes in english on the forum cause nick hasn't air them. But you can find most of those episodes in english on youtube heck I got the full episode of the last episode and episode 18 in english save on my pc . I'm saying this get those episodes on here asap.

Contests
Ok let me start off saying like stop giving the same winners over and over two or three awards. I mean that not fair at all to the members who always enter and never won a award at all.

RPG
ok Yall needed to come up with something better besides rpg cause im pretty sure some members get tired of doing new rpg's or rpg at all. come up with something more fun besides rpg.

Unactive Admin
ok this one is for jae I mean yall got a forum running and no active boss at all that didn't tell you or the members were he been do something about this.

Moderation
If a mod quits then decide to come back then they should reapply don't just give them there powers back I mean like what happen if yall did another mod apps and someone else gets the job give them a chance and have someone train them.

How long does it take to install these updates I been hearing about this since the last couple months before I left and I been an admin on other forums before and I install updates asap.

We award those that deliver the best they can do. You need to put effort in your contest entries (in general to everyone) to win a contest.

James has sent an email but we can't discuss these matters with the members. Justin is also busy with school, but we also have John and Phil so James being missing is kind of fine.

These mods that leave have the experience to return and so we allow them back. If we feel like they don't deserve to be back then we don't allow them. We got two new mods and three new RP mods.

People have school and college and work. They also have a life, we're not just a staff for a forum, we're human beings with extremely busy lives but we manage to deliver for the sake of the fourm.

Ok this is my opinions and suggestions and im sorry if I made some of you mad but I just had to let this out.

Let's start. As for contests, it's not our fault the circle of winners is small. Like if we have 5 people who usually win the contests, it's not our fault their entries are the best. We just won't go and give the winning position to someone whose entry is bad or not as good as the other person because they won so much. No. The best entry wins. It's not our fault some members can't beat others in certain stuff.

Role-Playing. This is a forum with games and new role-playing updates which are even better than before and continual stuff so and so. But it's deemed as a forum still. If you're looking for actual games... www.google.com because this is a forum with threads for fun and stuff. If the threads are dying, blame Rainbow. Why? Because Rainbow ruined Winx. Ruining Winx is ruining the fandom. Thus people leaving. Which leads us into even less active threads.

We aren't uploading season 6 episodes until they're mostly HD.

Yes, as for Jae, you're 100% right and all of us moderators are annoyed at him.

Update: These aren't some minor updates. Creating a new theme isn't as a easy as you think, especially that Phil is a busy college student and Katsu had left the forum. If we want to make a perfect theme, we work on it properly. We don't just use any random images and textures.

Moderation. I know this is about me so I'll say it. I had left but I felt I want to come back to help because I missed my work and I just LOVE when I help others in the forum. It's my job, and I love it even if it's hard at times. Well I don't want to sound braggy, but I have already proved myself as a moderator multiple times in the past and present so I was welcome back to my position as a super moderator because like, hey, I left for 10 days and I couldn't have lost all the experience I earned in 10 days.

What'd you pick. Hire new one and train them just so they have "fun"? Or hire an experienced one to take care of the job? We aren't adding moderators for them to have fun. Sure, the job is fun, but they have to be GOOD, proper, know how to interact with members, have some experience, have their way with words, patient, can deal with others, have some free time, are able to help others, and other stuff.

As of now, we're not sure we know other members with these qualities (I can name a few perhaps but as of now, we don't need new moderators.)

You said it yourself. Doesn't mean because they placed lots of efforts in it means they will win. We're awarding the best entry, not the effort. We don't even know how much effort they press on their entries and we cannot tell if they're lying to us once we ask. But anyways, we award by how much qualified the entry is to win, not just because others worked hard on their entries.

Keep practicing then, as Loxa said we give those who deserve it and did the best work the badges. We won't just give them to those who haven't earned it yet. Yes we try to do that but still, if you make a good entry, you win.

im not coming back yet sarahcakes. Still sarah kind of find it unfair to the ones who lose never won

That isn't unfair. You find it that way, but really, it isn't unfair. If they deserve to win, they win. If they don't, they don't.
