appearance: She has long brown hair in a ponytail and her eyes are brown, she has glasses for her casual look she has a green top and green skirt with green boots her fairy form she keeps the green top and the green skirt changes to a yellow skirt,her wings are purple with pink glitter, her boots are yellow boots too which means the boots change too, she has short green gloves because she is a basic fairy and white socks

strengths: her powers are stronger when she is around all elements, she is very good at growing plants and flowers, she loves to sing because it keeps her calm, she is great at making friends with other fairies, she loves nice mean people who are kinda like Brandy.

weakness: her powers are weak by flowers that are dead or hurt, her powers are weak by ice and snow powers, her powers are weak around dark powers she hates fairies with dark powers, She has a fear of losing those that are closest to her, she doesn't like mean people who hurt her friends.

personality: bubbly, nerdy and very friendly, clumsy, she is very hard headed when it comes to leading sometimes never take much, she can get love struck very easily by very cute boys, she loves to exercise, she loves to help others with fashion problems and she loves to fix small problems that her friends have, she hates cold weather, she hates cooking because she burns the food, she hates singing in front of people and a large crowd of people, she hates sports and getting sweaty

history: Francine lived in a very small village on top of a tree where she lived with her mother a nature fairy and her father who was a specialist. But one tragic day Fran was playing in the meadow and her village was attacking by an evil wizard who killed Fran's mother and father right in front of her eyes.After that Fran don't know what to do because she was so young she decided to live a flower patch until the queen of the maids found her and taken her in because she was really dirty from the soil. When Fran was a kid she would play in the flower patches and play with all the nature animals and tree where she was born in and notice all fairies on Lynphea and she even meets Flora when she was visiting for a holiday and Flora told her she was a very pretty girl. One day at school she had enough of all the kids picking on her because she had glasses she lost control of her powers, she used her flower petals attack which hurts all the girls but gets her in trouble with the school and gets her kicked out of the school. When Fran was older she taught herself how to use her nature powers to grow a flower and wanted to learn how to control her flower petals attack after she was kicked out of the school of Lynphea. Fran meet Alina when she was ten years old. Francine gets her nickname Fran from the queen because she thought it was easier to call her that because she worked for the queen. Fran also had a job as a maid for the royal elders which paid well for a home on Lynphea.She decided to go to Alfea to learn more about the magic dimension and she wanted to learn how to tame her powers like she did with the monster that attacked Alina when she was fourteen.She still visits Lynphea to go to work as a maid for the queen when she is not busy with schoolwork. She is now a student at Alfea and when she grows up she wants to become a nature fairy just like her mother who is died now

actually i can make my weakness from Alina over to fran to since they are friends.

I'd rather keep the weakness for each be separate. Doesn't matter if hey are friends. Do not reuse one from others, make new ones.

yeah kinda thought about it then thought fran is a nice person how about add a weakness like mean people hurting her friends oh i think i just thought of something else.
