First topic message reminder :

A forest. A usual green forest. But the truth about its magic is that this whole forest is made up out of evergreen plants. It's said if you spend some time here, your body will magically become energetic.

The bird cries out in pain from all that Photonis was doing to it, but it decided to fight back, trying to buck her off. It flew at some branches several branches, trying to knock her off.

Natalie jumped behind a tree, avoiding the monster's attack. Her ears were still pounding but she didn't have time to rest. She quickly transformed and flew up into the sky.

She teleported herself behind the monster and attacked it with her psionic explosions "How are we going to defeat this?"

Noticed just in the nick of time the incoming branches and ceased her assault. Instead, she wrapped her arms and legs as tightly around the bird as was feasible in order to hold on. Thin twigs lashed across her sides and back causing several painful welts but the true damage was done when she was dragged along a broken branch, lacerating part of her lower back causing a nasty wound. She cried, though still refused to let the bird go.

Diane halts and screeches, putting up an instinctive ice barrier. "Ruby, do you have the strength to start a fire, so that I can turn it cold, like the forest fire you started?"

"What forest fire?" Ruby said, her mind still foggy from the concussion.

"Katsuya watch out!" Genevieve summons her Breeze of Love spell; aiming at the giant bug. She thought it's the perfect opportunity, now that Natalie had initiated an attack at it.

"Be careful Diane!" Lolina flies towards the bird that aimed at Ruby & Diane and sends a very damaging electrical beam towards it. "Burst of Aura!" she yelled, as electrical pulses swayed from her hands and fired towards the bird.

The bird with the laser fairy on its back banks upwards, trying to ditch her. It would performs several air maneuvers to increase the g forces on the girl.

The creature attacking the twins stops in mid air and a large ball of electrical energy builds up in its talons. The bird manages to dodge Lolina's attack barely.

Zing slowly breaths out and her hands begins to glow with a dark blue energy, trying to summon any kind of bug to aid the group.

"No idea, but prevent it's movements to stop more barbs being shot would be good." Roll shouts to the fairy, before backing up from the tree and running/jumping off the trunk to grab the branch above him and climbing up onto it.

"Diane! Get behind the wall!" Zaf shouted from behind the fully yet bright opaque wall of light she had conjured mere moments ago.

The combined attack from the two had the oversized katydidwasp wobbling on its legs for a moment, though aside from some very small cracks in its exoskeleton and a brief interruption of the assault the bug kept going with what it was doing, only now in addition to trying to pin Katsuyi, from the stinger a spray of corrosive venom launched along with another volley of barbs, causing some darts to become laced with venom.

Slowly but steadily more insects seemed to be conjured, crawling over the katydidwasp, though some seemed hesitant due to the tell tale wasp colors being a powerful natural deterrent for insects and would be predators, though some of the brave bugs started hacking, slashing and stabbing at the exoskeleton, not doing an awful lot, though steadily and through sheer number managing to do some damage to especially the weak spots in the beast's exoskeleton before Zing's spell wore off.

Diane drags herself and her sister behind the wall.

"Anyone got magical glass insulation powers?" Ruby mumbles sarcastically, in a partial daze.
