Personality: She is very dark,She is over the top evil, She is very impatient, she is rude, she is not easy to please, she also is very mean to any and all people including her friends, she loves cold weather, she loves to draw, she hates warm weather,she loves to build snowman with her magic,,she doesn't like fairies at all, she hates fire types of fairies because fire is her weakness,she doesn't like any type of water fairy because that is another weakness,she hates dating because she thinks boys are a waste of time,she loves fighting fairies,she hates camping, she doesn't like bugs because she is afraid of them,she doesn't want to love anyone because she thinks boys are a waste of time and her being happy makes her powers weak, she loves to play with penguins

History: Heather was born on a icy planet where she was raised by the king and queen of the icy planet.When she was just a teenager she was playing with a baby penguin and accidentally freeze the baby with one of her spells. The kingdom wasn't happy with her so they decided as a kingdom to banish her.Now she is lives in her own home she made out of her frozen powers. She is now studying at cloudtower where she wants to make herself the most powerful witch in the magic dimension.In the future Heather wants to freeze everything and everyone in the world so she can be the only living thing in the whole galaxy.

A revamped OC from the past, eh? How about you change things up a bit with your OC. Such as her spells, her strengths and weaknesses, personality traits, and her history. Fix or change those areas and your OC will be accepted. Okay?

We already know she's powerful near cold areas; don't reiterate it by changing it to snow and mountains.
