Who is your favorite villain in Winx Club?

First topic message reminder :

My favorite villains are the Trix. I loved them in season 1. They always stick together like friends. They are sisters. They also made the show funny. I liked valtor's connection with Bloom and his calmness. He was powerful. I loved the Black circle. They were like the Trix. They stuck together like brothers. They committed deeds that were unforgivable; like what they did to Nabu. I liked Darkar. But he was a bit creepy. In Rai he was the ultimate cause on all the bad stuff that happened to Bloom. He ordered the Ansestral Witches to attack Domino causing them to create Valtor and kill Bloom's parents. That's why I like him. Share your opinions. Smile

Lord Darkar, totally Lord Darkar! He's the complete opposite of the Dragon, he can transform himself into a Phoenix, he was born at the beginning of the universe along with the Dragon and the Water Stars and he's mega creepy! And I love the legends of the Greek Phoenix who is reborn from its ashes, and the Chinese legend of the Dragon and the Phoenix who are each other's opposite but at the same time complement each other like the Yin and the Yang! He's totes my fav villain!

The Phoenix and Dragon weren't oppisites in Chinese legend they were each others lovers

Oops! Sorry, I messed up! I remember that the Chinese dragon is mostly associated with water, and the Chinese Phoenix is associated with fire so that both are complementary and not opposites. You're right! And the Phoenix itself represents the union of the Yin and the Yang, it is complete in itself.

Nereus' twin brother disrupts the ceremony right? And he gets sent to prison... So Nereus twin brother=Tritannus. Tritannus is the one disrupting the ceremony. So he was an enemy from the start. I don't know....I'm probably making no sense

Or, since we know that the first episode is called "The Spill" we know that Tritannus mutates in this ep right? So maybe the ceremony starts, on the way to the ceremony Tritannus finds the spill and mutates, then he decides he wants to rule the world and then disrupts the ceremony....

I might just shut up now before I cause anymore confusion xD

Actually it's the other way round, considering the last trailer posted by BIW: Tritannus is already power-thirsty and interrupts the ceremony, and is thrown in prison. He then escapes, his power thirst grows because of his anger and jealousy and he goes to absorb the spill to become a monster and finally allies himself with the Trix.

Yeah I think dragons and Phoenix were both associated with firebut I'm not sure About Chinese mythology so I saw a picture of a Phoenix turning into a dragon in Chinese said two must become one I can read Chinese so yeah

Yeah, the dragon is associated with many things in Chinese legends: fire, water, weather, and other things as well.........

Of course there was! The couple made by Bloom and Darkar, i.e. the Dragon and the Phoenix went into the Relix to get the Ultimate Power of the Universe! But I'm using info from the Rai Winx Club legendarium to explain a 4Kids title, so...... :/
