This game is pretty much the same as Men VS. Women

Nobody is allowed to cheat. Only -1 for females or +1 for males. No if and or buts. -1 for females or +1 for males. No more.

In this game Members are +1 and Mods are -1 GET IT? Just replace women with mods and men with Members, you'll get it.
