I'm having trouble sending messages and it just stays at outbox but doesn't get sent, it's been like that for hours and won't change so I was wondering if someone can tell me how to fix it or send me a message and see if I can reply

It's not a glitch. If it's outbox, it means It has been sent and the person has read it.
Try Checking Sent Messages.

If your private message is in Outbox, nothing is wrong. All it means is that your message has been sent.
