Dragon fiery : Canissia can shoot fire from her hands to her enemy level : medium

Fire strike : Canissia can zap her enemy with one finger level : low

Flame energy : Canissia is able to heal her friends level : medium

Dragon beam : Canissia shoots a beam out of her hands to her enemy level : high

Strengths : She can fly very fast so it helps her and she has good stamina, since she is a outdoor person. Canissia has amazing communication skills .

Weaknesses : Electricity spells, easily distracted , and has a temper at times

History : My sister Keionna, died on my home planet Dragon Hollow. I went to school
to learn how to control my powers and learn more about magic . I met my best friends
and finished college. But there was a rumor that her cousin Lyric was trapped in a place named the Omega world and she was trying to escape but they locked her up in top of a castle and its been haunting her ever since .So She's joining her friends on a Dangerous wild adventure to find out whats going on. She's going to save her cousin and learn why her sister Keionna died on her home planet, her friends are very helpful to join her on her dangerous adventure.

Personality : Is very friendly, and fierce. She isn't afraid to speak her mind, very smart in school subjects and loves helping people. She is a outdoor person and loves to have fun with friends and family . She is an out going person and is wild at times. Very sweet ,and she is sports person.

You're missing "Personality"

Strength needs to be more than three
Weakness needs to be more than three
History needs to be extended.

Like Sarah pointed out, your strengths need three or more. Generally, we want to have an equality between strengths and weaknesses in a character (give or take 1, but each must have a minimum of 3)

A tad bit more information can be added to here. Maybe a quick look into her childhood. Maybe more information on her parents or her relation to this sister that is dead. Does she grieve the sister? Does this sister's memory haunt her?

As both said, also, she cannot have resistance to fire spells. That is overpowered. You can say she takes lower damage by about 25% from other fire attacks. She also needs another strength.

Keeping her friends alive isn't a strength. Add changes to history and personality as Kyra suggested then we shall see if she's accepted or not.

Not being bothered while in the sun is not considered a strength. More like a personality trait, so change that. Her history still needs to be a bit more detailed and you're good to go.
