Protect Your Wings is a group on deviantart who basically try to stop winx club art thieves. A few weeks ago I saw someone who had stolen one of my friends wallpapers and credited them as there own on here. Alot of you guys actually use that person's artwork without knowing it but winx-art theft is going on a lot. And now with a lot of galleries and stuff popping up on here I would like to make sure that none of the stuff from devaintart or anywhere else is being stolen. Just remember to check your sources before your post things on the forum.

I think this is a good idea and an important one because many people assume that just because it's on the internet means they have the right to take it, use it and not credit the artist; even if they don't say "I own this," they are still in fact claiming it as theirs because they are refusing to acknowledge the original artist (don't believe me? on your next essay, if you have to use quotes, place a quote and don't acknowledge where it came from or who spoke it and see what your teacher does; I guarantee they will report you to the head office for plagiarism (stealing)).

My artworks and some other members on this forum has a vk profile. And I know who the stealer who is our fanarts like me, nessa, and albert. she is also stealing other winx vk profiles.... Better watch out... I made an fb post on it.

Great Topic Lauren! I just hate it when people steal my art in so many ways!

Just because it's a winx photo doesn't mean u can have it as yours!

A lot of people have been stealing my photos. I just hate it!
