Chat box good or bad?!

So I made this topic because somehow it's bad and good! This time is the chat box! I LOVE THE CHAT BOX! For me it's a very awesome way to chat with the winx fans! I really enjoy it! But... In other reasons I don't like the idea to have the chat box in the same place! In other words the chat box in Believeinwinx blogspot! And on Believeinwinx Forum! The winx fans get a lot of trolls through the chat box and that's annoying for them! The trolls get on the chat box while the mods are not online! For example! This happen yesterday! The winx member Winxrox466 was on the chat box and all of a sudden a troll came and told her a lot of weird stuff! Winxrox466 said to the troll that she will call a mod but then all of sudden the troll said no! That he was already leaving! This is the main reason why winx fans don't want to get a chatango account because they are scared! For me it's very common but not that much! I know that we should just ignore them! But sometimes we don't because we just want to be chatting with the winx fans and stuff! For me the solution it's to not have the chat box in the same place! I just prefer to have the chat box in the forum and not in the website! This makes it easy and SAFE for the winx fans!
Now my question for you what do you think about the chat box! And if you don't have one or you don't chat on the chat box what do you prefer or has this happen to you?
If need to lock or moved the topic mods! It's ok for me Smile

Well I sometimes don't mind the trolls. I mean, they are the reason why I make new WSI episodes.

Yeah, true that happens a lot of times on the chatbox. There are even 'hackers' mind you. Sad

Like what others said, just try to ignore them, they just wanna mess up with you 'cause they have nothing good to do in their life or something.

Sorry if the chat mods aren't always online because of different time zones, and also we all have school right? That is making a hard time for the chat mods to like, moderate in times of need.

But if you need any help, feel free to ask one of the mods here in the forum and some of us non-chat mods will communicate with the chat mods, thanks. Smile
