Musa's outfit is one of my favourite dresses of hers in general so she's definitely number one.

Aisha's is second. I would have chosen Stella's, but those boots with the dress just ruin it for me.

I have to kick my husband off the TV so I can watch the last episode, because I've seen that dress have a pink flower in the original version as well for Bloom. In fact I think there is a stock art copy of it on google. The plain version I've never seen before to be honest. It's my third favourite.

Flora's is fourth, again, the shoes. They should have kept the shoes from her Singsational doll instead.

Tecna's is my least favourite, it reminds me of her 3rd season Omega dimension outfit.

Tecna's would be better as a bathing suit without the tights than a 'dress' Her dress from when they were in The Wildlands' made a better dress than this.

I like Musa's and Flora it's pretty. Aisha is nice. Stella is ok..

Bloom's dress is really not a party outfit. Tecna's looks like she went to the beach.

maybe tecna's party outfit was going to be her beach outfit but then they were running out of ideas for party dresses so they decided to make the beach outfit into tecna's party outfit and didn't give tecna a swimsuit at all.
