| Lately, I've been feeling really really angry at almost everything. I think I have decent control over it, but whenever my sister, or friend or anything does anything to annoy me I feel really really angry, and tbh, I think of hurting them. Really. I know it's something I've picked up because of my sister (who isn't the nicest of people) because I let her trample all over me. She's younger, so the moment something happens and I fight back she starts wailing and I'm in trouble. With my friend, if we get in a fight, like there was this one time I didn't have any pencils, and I looked through my pencil case. What I found was my friends pencil which I forgot to return. When I asked her whether I could use it, she got angry at me for forgetting to return it and ignored me (hard to do when we're science partners, but she did it.) I apologized profusely and felt so guilty for it, and it continued for almost the entire school year. At the end I just felt angry and I honestly wanted to punch her. After that my anger problems have skyrocketed. I try to be civil on here, but it's getting increasingly hard. What should I do to make sure I never do anything I'll regret? | |

| PUNCH IT OUT. Just punch it out. Get anything stuffed.. Pillows.. Teddy bears.. And punch it.. Or go do boxing and just keep punching stuff and also scream it all out! And after you have done either one or both (Really helpful if both) Meditate or do yoga.. Or have a daily morning jog! And after that go to a counselor and talk with him/her about it and if the therapy worked out..Yeah talk with your sister and friend about it.. And if not.. Yeah talk to your parents about it and have another therapy or even better anger management class! ^-^ Play it safe and stay patience! | |

| You know what Anya. I've been in your shoes. I can get easily ticked off too. I'm naturally stubborn and determined. It's not easy to control your anger. Of course, anger can be a good thing, especially when you need some motivation and you need to work harder. But when you do feel anger coming on, I suggest you listen to some metal music or something with a strong beat. I'm not joking, this can help you get your rage out and stuff. And no do not listen to funky pop music or anything like that because it will only make it worse because of how happy it sounds. | |

| it seems though that the girl has anger issues, but after that you think you have anger issues do try to control it but just go somewhere where no one is around and just try to forget about it. Trust me I can relate. | |

| I say try to let out your anger on things such as pillows, stuffs, etc. Or try letting out your feelings! Wait no, just let it all out on non-living things. I am so sorry if I advice like this! I am just too paranoid if you are gonna like or hate my advice! xD I hope I atleast helped... ._. | |
