Honestly, I'm going to sound like some encyclopedia now! *sighs*

Mermaidix is just some fan-made name for when the Winx were turned into mermaids in one of the Winx magazines/books. And it is not a real transformation, it was just a spell to turn them into mermaids that's all, not a transfo like the other ones that appeared in the show.

As for Harmonix, it's not a spell, it is indeed a power and no spell was used to give it to the Winx, the Sirenix guardians just gave the Winx a power to allow them to use their magic under the sea.

I repeat, it's a power, not a spell. Fire Blade, Power Swirl and Storm of Number are spells, not Harmonix. There's a fundamental difference between a power and a spell. A spell is use of magic for having a specific effect or for doing something specific or an action with magical effects, while a power is a source of magic energy that gives the one who acquired them new abilities and sometimes a new transfo. (all of these are Winx wise, of course).

Sophix and Lovix aren't exactly new transfos, but they were indeed powers, not spells. These are powers that merge with Believix and cause an evolution of it that allow the Believix fairies to use their powers to overcome their difficulties and fight the major fairies, with a kind of specialized version of Believix coming with it. Harmonix is similar, except that it does not merge with Believix but in fact makes them go beyond Believix (and beyond its limitations).

And it's not selkies (that's the real name for the mini-mermaids actually, pescix was a fan-made name) that are in the boxes, it's Sirenix guardians, and they're different from the selkies. *facepalm* *sighs again*
