If you're in the U.S., Winx Club is back on the air, and has been broadcast on Nick Jr. for the past two weeks. It looks like they're intending to air the entire season and finally put it to an end.

Episodes have been airing on a sporadic schedule, around 7am-9am Eastern on Sunday's, and 7pm Eastern (6pm central) on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Someone finally said it xD

I feel like Winx Club is a big jump from Dora the Explorer and those types of basic kids shows on Nick Jr. The types of shows on there are those learning maths, reading, spelling, etc. types of shows, not shows with an actual storyline, action and borderline violence. What I'm trying to say is, the age of the audience for Nick Jr. is not suitable for Winx.

Especially not for Season 7 if they're planning on airing it on Nick Jr. S7 has a lot more fight scenes and maturity to it, like seasons 3-4, so what are they thinking?!

However, on the bright side, I'm glad that they've finally picked up their act and are showing S6 in full. Let's hope it's going to continue that way Smile

Everytime I think Nick can't lower the bar further, it gets lowered down further.

Let's see what winx has that would totally be suitable for little kids:

- betrayal
- death
- fights with magical powers
- nebula wanting to commit suicide in the last episode of season 4
- talks about Stella's divorced parents
- sacrificing your life (Enchantix)

Yes, yes this is definitely something you should talk about with a 3 year old. -_-

However, those episodes haven't aired on Nick Jr. as you're referring to episodes from seasons 1-4. I'm not sure what Nickelodeon's plan is, in regards to the future of the show. If they only plan to air Season 6, then I don't mind.

I think Nick has the rights to run the show in Season 7, especially since it's airing in the UK right now by DuArt Film.

Updated the list with the episodes airing this week. Been watching the new episodes air as they've been scheduled, and it's still great to see them on TV.

Today's episode was Shimmer in the Shadows, with The Fairy Godmother and Mythix airing Wednesday and Friday respectively.

Think its kinda weird they're airing it on Nick Jr. but whatever.It's kinda mature and serious for that age range. Maybe they'll move it back to Nick afterwards since season 7 might be too violent and I hope they do.

To be honest, I found it weird that they're airing that show in Nick Jr. channel, even though the early seasons have death, suicide, and sacrifice. I think they're doing this because there are lots of younger fans wanted to see Winx Club on TV, but at least it's back on air. Hopefully they don't cut out lots of important stuff or censor it like they did with the 4Kids version, because that would be a very bad idea for a station to do that.

Well, nothings been cut out at all. I've been watching the season on Nick JR., and comparing it to the original release on Nick and Nick.com, the show hasn't been altered or changed.

I can understand them airing Season 5 and 6 on Nick Jr., that makes sense since they are the most basic, light-hearted seasons. It makes wonder if they'll air Season 7 as well, because Season 7 is more like the earlier seasons and has a bit more maturity to it.

Got an update. Nick Jr. isn't airing any Winx club today. The official Winx Club Facebook page doesn't list anything either. They typically post a screenshot for the episode airing the next day. The last thing they post was for The Curse of Fearwood last Friday.

Have they seriously stopped, again? At this rate, Season 6 is barely going to conclude in America.

That is just wayyyyy too funny. Why did they put it on Nick Jr? It should at least be on Nicktoons or something equivalent at the very least!
