Firewall: Creates a shield to defend herself and reflects back 40% of magical energy tossed at it. Lasts up to a minute unless 4 medium spells are tossed at it or less if any high spells are used. (High)

Digital Glitch: Throws a technological sphere that stuns the opponent for 10 seconds. (Low)

Virus Software: Shoots technologic energy that displaces the opponent between the normal and ethereal dimension, causing their attacks to be 50% weaker for about  30 seconds or before that if the opponent is much more stronger than her. (High)

Attraction Vortex: An attack that if shot out, magnetizes the opponent to another object or being for about 5 minutes. Being magnetize would also increase that opponent’s chance to be hit by metal weapons. (Medium)

Techno-energy Deletion: Shoots an energy beam of technomagic that decreases a person’s physical strength by 20% for 20 seconds (Low)

Virtual Charge: Recharge her energy by taking one person’s  or discharge her energy by giving her energy to boost someone else’s by 20% (Medium)

Malware Field: Creates an electric field around a person which would trap and paralyze them for about 15 seconds. (Medium)


Appearance: Electra has straight violet hair that’s up to her shoulders. All her hair ends are perfectly lined up with each other. Her facial features are more shiny than most others. Her eyes are black without irises. Her lips are soft purple.

Cyborg Characteristics: She has a synthetic left metal hand and right foot. Some wires are in place of some of her veins, carrying electrons instead that lead from her prosthetic limbs to the control panel inside her head that is accessed by a latch under her thick hair. Fingers have a flashlight, screwdriver, stiletto knife, basic electric drill. There’s some synthetic tissue near her joints. Her top 6 ribs are made of metal.  Her left kidney also happens to be synthetic. Part of her backbone is a bit metallic.

Civilian Look:
She wears a full sleeved white high-collar shirt with a soft purple blouse over it and a blue ruby brooch. Dark purple pants are worn that have a circuit board design on them. She also wears a golden tool belt. She has 3 piercings on each ear that have miniature golden triangle earrings. Dark purple leather gloves were also worn on both hands. Black ankle dress boots.  She also wears a soft purple fedora hat, that has blue rubies on its strip.
She often wears purple frame glasses even though her eyesight is perfectly fine but she feels comfortable wearing them, and less awkward.

Fairy Form:
Her wings are golden bars which resemble a glider while flying.  She wears a golden tiara that has a small lightning rod like shape in the middle. A full purple body suit that has a paler purple skirt and crop top over it with a lightning strike like design between. Her knee-high boots are golden.

Cyborg Abilities:
- Scanner in the back of her retina: It can be used in a number of ways like to scan a person's face to provide an identity and basic info about him or her, or scan to find traps, toxics, or magical items in a place, or scan someone's sweat glance, heart rate, and voice to calculate the likeliness in them lying. (But that isn't 100% accurate since it mostly depends on how the person is to lying.)

- X-Ray Vision. (Not effective if person is using an invisibility spell)

- Regular senses improved by 10%: Better vision in the dark, slightly better hearing, slightly better smell, improved reflexes etc.

When she transforms into her mermaid form, her wires become heavily insulated to prevent her cyborg parts from malfunctioning.

- She has heart burns sometimes if she uses too much of her strength or if she panics which causes her cyborg system to overheat.

- Gets extreme electric shocks when touching water if she’s not in her mermaid form.


Personality: Electra is a fast-learner and very intelligent. She is usually logical, responsible, hardworking, and practical. She loves to learn a lot. She tries to make herself look mature and studious compared to everyone else. Electra can sometimes come off as cold by her tone of voice, but she’s also a bit socially awkward around people. She does get irritated by dense and unintelligent people, those who act illogical and irresponsible, and don't care much about their education. She's a bit critical when it comes to entertainment and aimes to always be a perfectionist. She gets ticked when people touch her stuff without asking. Her humour comes from being a dead-pan snarker. She takes a while as well to forgive others for their mistakes.

She tries to stay calm in most situations but if she panics, her system overheats inside which can lead to her heart burns.
When she’s not studying or making anything, she reads  her Ebooks, plays chess, scrabble and other strategic games, and plays video games. She has a beautiful singing voice but never sings as she finds that it makes her feel awkward. Her favourite music styles are electro and techno. Her favourite movies are documentary and science-fiction.


History:

Life as Princess Voltage:

Born to the underwater kingdom of Zenith, Electra back then was known as Princess Voltage Zampere and wasn’t cyborg. Her mother was the previous mermaid heir, while her father was an Electricity wizard from Circuit, the realm of electricity.

Though even at her young age, Voltage did sometimes swim to the palace library and read about old stories of Zenith, finding them interesting. She was usually well-behaved and found that it was a bit excited to be able to one day take the throne and rule over an underwater kingdom.

Though there was never a good relationship between Zenith and Circuit. There had been history of wars between the two. Circuit wanted more power, and having Zenith in an alliance was the easiest way but out of the question. But it was figured that it would be easier to get an alliance of the underwater kingdom was destroyed plus it was easier since there were more technological defenses that were only effective on land. Eventually, the Underwater Kingdom’s royal liaison were kidnapped by Circuit spies and was convinced to join them.

After a year of plotting when Voltage was age 6, there was an attack on the underwater kingdom. The liaison along with the heir of Circuit, stole the Zenpathic  Gems, treasures of the underwater kingdom of Zenith that allow the holder to be able to control the mind of a person infront of them. The underwater kingdom of Zenith started to fall.

New Identity as Electra Staticus:

During the attack, Princess Voltage was put into a capsule and sent away by one of Zenith’s underwater council members. She floated around in space for 6 months and eventually ended up being pulled in by Circuit’s gravitation. After crashing on Circuit, she was fatally injured. A citizen found her and she was taken to the hospital. However when injuries like these, the nurses would find that it would be more efficient to operate the patient into a cyborg, rather than to try and save the person in their regular form. Thus, Voltage was turned into a cyborg and was given the name, Electra Staticus. A fake history was told to her, about her being in an airship accident with her family, who were all spies for the Elite Circuit Agency, and she was the only survivor. Electra’s memories of the underwater kingdom were also lost in the capsule crash.

It was the law that those who are orphans, must work for the kingdom to receive basic needs in return. She got private education with some of the other orphan children until she was about 12 where she could officially become an ECA spy since she was doing well in all of her training and knowledge. Electra worked hard with the other Circuitians, doing similar tasks like them while trying hard to conceal the fact that she was cyborg. Those that did know about her secret, made fun of her and treated her badly, saying that she was just a robot with no feelings. Her favourite gadget that she worked with was a mini-computer that she had which could store and scan larger amounts of information than her own scanner and control panel.

In the small amount of spare times, she worked on a personality chip to try to create herself a friend to be around. Following that, she also constructed an electro-droid with a human-like appearance with open slots available on the back of its head. She inserted the chip and the electro-droid start working. The droid wanted to be called Tricity so that was her name.

By age 14, she was allowed to go on missions with the other spies while also earning a license to use an electric dart gun and a magic taser. Electra avoided missions that involved diving underwater since she didn’t want to electrocute herself, unaware of the fact that going fully underwater for a couple seconds could trigger her mermaid form. She usually preferred to do missions that involved hacking and programming rather than those that involved being outdoors a lot.
Electra however never felt as devoted to the kingdom as how some of the others felt, but continued to do her tasks and missions. She knew that those who dared to oppose the royal family were under severe punishment and also didn’t want to lose any trust of the leaders of the Elite Circuit Agency. However through all her missions, she never came face to face with the royal family.

Since she didn’t know she was a merfairy, Electra thought that it was logical that her spells were 25% weaker than the other spies on land because of her poor health and the fact that she was cyborg.

Electra’s Escape:

At age 16, she was sent to work in a satellite station with Tricity. The satellite had an invisibility spell cast over it and Electra hacked into some of the other planet’s security systems so that her satellite wouldn’t get noticed. Working by oneself, far from others was considered to be a great amount of trust put in a spy. However she attempted to make plans to escape, wanting to use this opportunity. She waited first for a couple months, doing her usual tasks but with less progress on them than before. One day, she took control of the satellite, and steered it to land on Lynphea, knowing that it would be easier to sneak in since there wasn’t much technology monitoring. A notification popped up on one of her screens, telling her to stop and turn around since the satellite might be more noticeable and that there was no need to get so close to the atmosphere. Electra ignored the notification and continued to steer towards Lynphea. A few more of the same notifications popped up, Electra continued to ignore them. All of a sudden, her satellite station jerked to a stop and none of the controls were working any more. A video message popped up that was pre-recorded of the head leader of the Elite Circuit Agency.

"We would like to thank you for your dedication and hardwork to the kingdom of Circuit. However, one would’ve expected that you would take advantage of an opportunity like this. We cannot risk you attempting to give away our vital information. Thus, this satellite will self-destruct in 2 minutes.”

She realized that the satellite was heavily programmed to not allow someone to escape. Electra tried to remain calm but was worried that she was going to die since the satellite also didn’t have any escape pods, and started to have another heart burn on the spot. The droid, Tricity started to scan around space for a possible exit and found a spaceship that was close by, one from Zenith that was heading to Isis. At the same time while trying to endure the pain of her heart burn, Electra used her stiletto knife from her metal hand to rip out her ID tracker and destroyed it with a high spell to help convince the agency that she was dead since every citizen had a tracker attached to them that also showed if they were alive or dead. Electra transformed, and Tricity grabbed most of her essential items and put them back in her suitcase. Using her teleportation spell, Electra teleported herself and Tricity out of the satellite and into the Zenith spaceship. The satellite station exploded which caused alerts to go off in the Zenith Spaceship. Then, she caught all the pilots off guard and knocked them out cold, also destroying all the security cameras in the process. Quickly taking control of the ship, she steered it towards Lynphea, the closest planet that the ship was near at the time. She landed and quickly decided to leave with Tricity before any attention was attracted to her. Electra and Tricity headed onto a teleportation pad, not caring which planet to go at the time, teleported herself to Magix.
