On the golden balcony of one of the many rooms in Solaria's royal castle, stands a fairly flaxen woman, with worry in her eyes. Why worry though? She's watching the stars. What could go wrong with stars? After all, they are magical in a way.
"Mom, you've been staring at the sky for hours! Come inside for a bit!" Stella, her daughter, enters her mother's room. With a shake of her head, she lets her golden hair flow freely, just to give a sign to her mother that she should leave the balcony and join the rest of the family.
"I can't Stella...something is wrong in the universe. I can feel it." Queen Luna says, as she places her hands on her heart.
"Oh come on mom, what could possibly be wrong in the universe now? Can't you leave the issue for the universe itself? I'm sure he could use some space to sort his priorities." she said, with sarcasm in her tone.
Luna closes her eyes and turns back to her daughter, placing her left hand on her head. "Maybe you're right. It might be just a false sensation." she says, as she smiles and lightly stretches her well-formed body. "I guess I could use some time with you guys," she said.
"Excellent! Now come along mom!" Stella said, as she drags her mom outside the room.
The queen couldn't help but take one last glance at the sky with a worried look before closing the door behind her, shut.
After several hours, every family member heads back to their rooms, ready to end their day with a comfy sleep.Queen Luna gently changes into her sleeping gown, then quickly slips into her bed.
Several moments pass silently, but Luna is restless. Her face turns blank as she expresses a body vibes indicating she's
about to do an action-filled movement. "I know you're there," she says, with a flat tone.
Upon her saying these words, a clash of magical blasts occur. Luna stands up in her bed, shielding herself from the magical blast that seemingly came from nowhere. The fight wasn't to last long, though, for it was a trap. Just as she used her shield, the magical zap that attacked her suddenly froze her shield and instantly made it wrap around Luna.
Having heard a wild noise coming from the queen's room, almost everyone nearby rushes into her room.
"The queen!" One of the peasants yells, as they notice her being taken away inside an energy bubble that is being dragged away magically from the balcony.
"Someone wake up the princess!" One of the screaming voices rises, to inform of the priority of this situation to Stella.
One of the peasants runs through the halls, trying her best not to trample by her wavy dress's movement as dashes to Stella's room.
"Princess Stella! Princess Stella wake up!" the peasant yells, as she shakes the Stella violently.
"No mom...I don't want to go to school.." muttered Stella.
"Princess Stella please focus! Your mom has been kidnapped!" the peasant yells.
"My mo-" Stella pauses after her mind processed what she was just told. Her mother, the one person who understood her better than anyone in Magix, is gone. She's been kidnapped right under Stella's nose. Her mind begins to race with frantic thoughts.
How did it happen? Why wasn't it prevented? Why did they go after her mother? What did they want with her? A sudden need to see the crime scene for herself rushes through Stella's blood, making her spring out of bed. She dashes past the palace worker, out the door, and towards her mother's room, desperate to see for herself.
Upon arriving at the room, she notices it empty; barren. No signs of her mother anywhere. "Mom..no.." she says, with a lugubrious tone.
A new morning arrives, full of sadness and gloominess throughout the planet.Stella was sitting alone inside her mother's room on the bed, trying to find any trace of Luna's motherly feeling. She clinched the bed sheets on herself, while shedding a small tear that eventually dripped down on the ground.
"Yuck!" a voice mutters from nowhere.
"Who said that?!" she said, as she jumps from her place, alarmed that someone is already inside the room.
"Show yourself! Princessly orders!" she commanded.
As soon as she spoke, a small figure appears under the bed. It had visibly long, leaf-shaped ears shimmering on the figure's head. The figure fully emerged to be shown as a small, innocent-looking elf.
"H-hi. I'm sorry to disturb you..it's just that your tear fell on me and it tastes hori-"
Before the elf was to continue, Stella gives off a shriek of disgust as she jumps to the nearest chair she found in the room.
"No matter what you do stay away from me!" she yelled, as she points her fingers with fear at the creature.
The little creature gave a confused look, and quickly assures Stella he means no harm.
"Relax, princess. I'm just an elf. I came in peace." he humbly said, as he bowed down. "I made my way up to this room for I had knew it's the queen's."
Stella takes a moment to realize what the little creature had said. She dismounts off the chair and slowly approaches the elf.
"Aww, aren't you the cutest little thing?" she said, as she lifted up the elf magically by her finger so their height level matches.
"How did you end up under this bed?" she questions.
"I- I'm Snirpy, I came from Mytternite, the planet of elves, to warn you about something is horrible going to happen. We have information that Phullian, an evil and powerful elf, aims to kidnap Queen Luna of Solaria to use her powers for his evil purposes!"
Stella froze in her place for a moment after she'v heard what the little elf had just said. She was trying to process the idea that her mother was kidnapped by an evil elf that aims to use her for his deeds.
"My mom...he took my mom to use her powers.." she said.
"You mean the queen is already kidnapped?! Oh woe is us! We'll be doomed! The whole magical universe is doomed!" he yells, as he walks in circles.
"What does he even want with my mother this Phullian guy?! What are his goals?!" she demands.
"We don't know, princess. But we suspect he's going to use the queen to unlock the ancient power of Harmonix! It's said that Harmonix contains the essence of magic itself and who has access to it will surely become invincible!" he said.
"We have to stop him and rescue my mother! Where can we find him?!" she said, with determination in her voice. She couldn't back up on this, it was her own
mother she needs to rescue.
"But what can you do to stop Phullian? You can't stop such an evil power!" he exclaimed.
"Who said I'm going to do it on my own? I know five other hands that can help!" she said.
Stella gets in contact with the Winx telepathically, to inform them quickly of the mission she's going on. Communication with Bloom was impossible; she was in Domino preparing to be crowned the new princess of Domino. The five Winx soon gather in Alfea, with the consent of Faragonda.
Faragonda fixes her glasses on her eyes, as she turns her head to the Winx.
"You girls are going to embark on a great journey. The planet of the elves is long forgotten of since millennia
Plural of millennium ago," she states. "I had never heard of Phullian, but I advise you girls to take extreme caution when you're there."
"Don't worry miss Faragonda, we got this." Aisha says, as she pats Stella's shoulder with a warm smile crossing her face.
Stella places her hand on Aisha's as a sign of gratitude for trying to cheer her up.
"Don't worry Stella, we won't let that elf touch a hair of your mother! I'm sure we'll rescue her in time," Musa comforts. "Besides, we're the Winx! We've totally got this!"
"It's good to see you've got the spirit girls, but that's not enough to open the portal to Mytternite," she states. "Flora, Tecna, please come next to me." she orders.
"In order to open the portal to the planet of the elves, a powerful magic of nature and machinery, which easily could apply to your technology magic Tecna, must be combined." she said.
"All right, are you ready Tecna?" Flora said, with self-confidence.
Tecna hums up in agreement to Flora as she stands next to her.
"Focus your energy on opening a portal to Mytternite. This is a difficult conversion spell, but I'm sure you two can do it." she said.
The two form beams of energy in one direction that conjure with each other. At first, the spells take some time to accept each other, but eventually they combine and form the portal to the elves' planet.
"Ready?" Stella questions the group.
"Let's do this!" Aisha said.
"Let's go!" Flora enthusiastically speaks.
"We'll save Queen Luna!" Tecna exclaims.
"And we'll make sure that Phullian guy gets what he deserves!" Musa reassuringly states.
As soon as the girls arrived in the planet, with little Snirpy along, they notice how destructed the mini houses are. The whole planet..it's surrounded by death and its smell. The skies appear to be naturally red by its atmosphere, and negativity seems to be surrounding the whole planet. There are stains of, possibly, blood on almost everywhere the Winx are stepping in.
"This is horrible..." Flora gives an impression of disgust as she notices all the dead plants around.
"This planet is totally destroyed..there are no signs of life for miles away.." Tecna adds in.
"Snirpy, where can we find Phullian? Do you happen to know where he is?" she questions.
"You don't have to worry princess...Phullian will find us." he said.
Stella raises an eyebrow at what Snirpy had said, "Then let's get a move on." she demanded.
Doesn't she feel any sympathy towards this dead planet or its inhabitants at least? Why is she so blunt? Tecna whispers to Aisha.
Give her some time.. she's just very stressed that her mother is kidnapped. It's not easy for her you know. Aisha whispers back.
I guess... Emotions were never a thing Tecna understood properly. It'd be rare if Tecna understands or takes into consideration others' feelings. After all, she doesn't know how to express her feelings properly.
"I can take you into my village if you want, princess Stella," he offers.
"I thought this planet was dead though?" questions Musa.
"Phullian had murdered the majority of us elves for as long as we know. We're not sure how old he dates to, but we're sure he's been on the hunt for our race since at least three thousand years ago. Only few of us are left on the planet. Our village is assumed to be the largest commotion of elves on our planet." he explains, with a little sorrow in his voice.
"How cruel!" Flora exclaims, showing signs of sympathy.
"That's just horrible..how could he do such thing?" Stella questions. Stella's fear grew very large now.
What if...what if he murders my mom?! What if he hurts her...I..I don't want anything to happen to my mom! I won't forgive myself if anything wrong happens to her!Stella takes a deep breath as she stops moving for a moment, noticeably leaving the group behind her.
"What's the matter Stella? Are you all right?" Flora stops walking as she rotates her head to check on Stella.
"I'm fine...it's just..I'm a bit worried at my mother." Stella says.
"We know you're worried about your mom, Stella. But there's no need to act tough and shun yourself away from us!" Musa says, as she approaches Stella.
"We're all here for you, Stella. Don't think for once we don't know what you're going through. We're going to rescue your mother and beat that evil elf guy." Aisha said, with a light tone to try and cheer Stella up.
"The probability of this mission failing is less than 1.4738% Stella! You'll see, we'll save your mom and everything will be all right." she said.
Stella couldn't help but smile at her friends' warm words. She even shed a small tear that circled on her cheek. "You guys are the best," she says, with a big smile on her face. "You're the best friends anyone could ask for."
The five girls form a circle in which they all hug each other. Snirpy even decides to join and hugs Tecna's legs.
The Winx soon arrive at the village of Myst, where the surroundings seem to change to show more vital signs around."Here we are, the village of Myst. My home." Snirpy says.
Elves that were either near or far gather around the Winx to take a closer look. They had never seen such tall creatures on their planet, not to mention how surprised the elves are by how shockingly beauteous the Winx are.
Snirpy communicates with the elves with frantic actions and movements that are followed with a mix of loud and silent hums.
"What is he doing?" Stella questions.
"It looks like he's communicating with his people. Every civilization and creatures seem to have different language and means of communication." Tecna smartly fills in.
"They don't understand your language, but I do. I was blessed with the magical ability to communicate with any creature by thoughts. You're merely thinking I'm talking, but in reality I'm allowing communication of our thoughts."
"Brilliant!" Tecna exclaims. "How didn't I think of that before? That explains how you're barely moving your lips.
Before more words were said, a new elf, dangerously injured and hurt, pops up while waving a book in his hand. Snirpy and the other elves communicate with each other with their seemingly ritual dances and movements. It seems to be an important book, for they stirred up a lot of tension in the air.
Snirpy takes the book in his hands and shows it to Stella.
"This is Phullian's diary! My friend, Arctenllos, found it dropped in the woods, supposedly near where Phullian used to live," he explains. "Quite possibly it fell from him while he was carrying the queen!" he exclaims.
Stella receives the book from Snirpy, but hesitates to open it. She's afraid she might discover something hideous about her mom.
What if he wrote plans of her murder? What if it's better to be left unopened? The girls all look up to Stella with eagerness, a sign that she should open the diary and read it aloud.
Ever so long ago, when time was still young, and space was still a child, there once existed a planet that knew nothing but happiness. The inhabitants were not your ordinary people, they were different than you, than me, and than anyone else you perhaps might know.
Oh but don't go too far with your imagination, because they aren't very different than us. For they were elves. Elves are magical creatures that carry the very essence of magic throughout the universe. Sure, there is the Tree of Life, but what's a tool if you don't know how to use it? That's where the elves' role came. They would easily play with powerful magic and use it as a balance and harmonizer throughout the Magical Universe.
For they were blessed with a mystical power, far more powerful than you were told. You might have guessed it all right, for it's the power of Harmonix. Legend has it that the very source power of Harmonix comes from within each elf itself. Every elf has a small part, yet with a very strong effect, of Harmonix within their heart. If the elves were to disappear, the power of Harmonix would disappear, and chaos would roam the magical universe. For that sole reason, the three original Nymphs of Magix had sealed the elves' planet, with all its power and might, into the deepest part of the Magical Dimension, protected by immensely powerful barrier to ensure that no harm would near the planet, for hell would break loose.
That's a fairy tale for you, and a precious lesson for me. For I have learned dilatory opened my eyes to realize I was ruining the planet I vowed to protect from any harm. But my actions were in vain...."A-"
Before Stella was able to continue reading, a giant, purple-blue-colored worm appears from the ground. It launches its deadly piercing canines at the Winx and random elves.
The Winx immediately chant and transform into their Believix, attacking the worm with all its might.
"Where did this thing come from?!" yells Stella.
The worm causes trouble in the village more than it aims at the Winx, causing Flora to feel weak from the plants being crashed, making her an easy target.
"I..I can't keep up anymore!" Flora exclaims, as she distransfigures and lands on the floor.
Suddenly, the giant worm appear from underneath Flora and swallows her whole. It was a scene the Winx, nor the elves, would easily erase from their minds.
The worm seemingly disappeared, and the Winx distransfigure and land on the solid earth.
"Flora...," Aisha says, in a very faint tone. "Flora...is dead.." she said, as she leans her forehead on a tree and starts crying.
Tears drip down from Tecna's eyes as she stands still, still in a shock from what had just happened. Musa and Stella hug each other, with sad tears rushing like the water's flow from both girls.
Aisha, driven by anger and sadness, fists her right hand and delivers a straight punch to the floor, causing several morphix waves to form and ripple around randomly, but disappear without causing any harm.
"We must avenge our friend!" Aisha exclaims, with tears flowing from her eyes. Flora's death shall not go to waste! We'll avenge Flora and destroy the real cause of all this trouble!" Aisha vindictively exclaims.
"Phullian is going to pay for this!" yelled Stella, with tears flowing from her eyes.
Musa and Tecna both remain silent, they'd rather embrace her death in a more tranquil manner.
The Winx transform again into their Believix, and fly, carrying Snirpy, suspiciously silent.
"He will find you...," whispers Snirpy. "That worm was his doing. I'm sure of it. Never have such creature existed before." he informs.
Stella's eyes get teary as she bites on her teeth from the news, eventually letting her eyes shed several tears that strike the Winx on random marks on their bodies.
Suddenly, a giant harpy appears in front of the Winx.
"Well, where do you think you're going?!" intrigues the harpy.
"Back off! We've got no time to deal with beings like you!" yelled Tecna.
"I'm very afraid I can't allow you to pass, my dears. You see, Phullian is very busy and he doesn't want any interference." she speaks, with a sassy tone.
"The only one here who will get busy is you!" Aisha exclaims.
With that said, Aisha and Stella both unleash a Believix spell on the harpy, delivering a powerful magical blow towards the harpy's destination.
To the dismay of the two Winx members, the harpy appears to be a mere illusion. The Winx give a confused frown at what just happened, but are shocked from a sudden sky strike.
The real harpy appears from above the sky, launching her claws at Aisha.
"Let go of me you giant flying bird!" Aisha angrily shrieks at the harpy.
The two have a semi-fight in the sky, were Aisha is falling at a rapid speed and can't ditch the harpy's weight off of her along with the scratches and blows she's receiving from her.
Seconds after this short, mere-seconded fight, which seemed to last for minutes, Aisha was struck on her head by a giant rock. The harpy disappears from sights, leaving Aisha in a blood pool of her own. The remaining three Winx members embrace the scene with fear. Not knowing what to do, the three let out a shriek of fear and sadness, for that was a horrifying scene for the eye.
Musa lands down and catches Aisha's body, as if she's hugging her. She let's out an ear-deafening scream, filled with sorrow and pain.
Stella fell on the ground, letting out her cries of sadness, as Tecna, with Musa, tried to find any remaining traces of life in her body. It was as if the two were about to rip the body of the dead dark-skinned girl for any vital sign.
Once they knew nothing was working, the three Winx, in unison, swore vengeance for the two dead Winx members.
The three let out loud shrieks of misery and agony, for they shall have their revenge.
The three Winx, filled with tribulation and anger, suddenly oversee an abandoned mountain, with a giant cloud of negative energy surrounding it.
"There!" Snirpy said. "Rumors have it that Phullian's lair is surrounded by monstrous clouds of evil! But none who ever visited or had the chance to saw lived to tell the story. It must be true then, that's where Phullian is."
"It's payback time." the Winx with a unified language spoke.
As the Winx flew to the lair, they were encountered by a deadly dragon that seems to be in the size of a building.
The Winx use their best spells, with all their power and might to defeat it, and are succeeding. The dragon, however, is of much larger size and strength.
"Solar storm!" Stella yelled. "Harmonic attack!" followed Musa. "Mega Watt!" ended Tecna with their trio of spells.
The spells left a great impact on the dragon, so much that pink smoke formed around him.
Suddenly, after the smoke was clear, the dragon let out a great roar as he zapped his way towards Musa.
He flew rapidly around her that he cut her wings to shreds, as she let out yelling screams of pain. He wasn't satisfied by her wings themselves though, he had to actually fly from beneath her and swallow her in one gulp.
After what had happened with Musa, the dragon disappeared.
Stella and Tecna had nothing to say. Their tears already dry, their words already known and spoken. The two storm lair of Phullian, driven by spite and vengeance.
"Show yourself Phullian! We know you're there!" exclaimed Stella.
"If you won't show yourself to us, we'll bust in your entire lair!" yelled Tecna.
A sudden clash of metal spikes appear from above Tecna. Without her notice, she is crushed under the metallic spikes, ending her life as the other Winx.
Stella had let out another scream, yet weak, for she had yelled and cried in this day more than she ever did in her life.
"So you've finally made it I see." A very crippled elf, using a cane to support his movement, walks in front of Stella.
"A...are you Phullian?" Stella asks, with blank space on her face and dried tears upon her cheeks.
"Yes I am, young fairy. Well I'm sure you have lots of questions in your mind now, so let's answer them shall we?" the old elf suggests.
Stella doesn't flinch, she simply continue hovering over the ground.
"You see Stella, we elves have the very essence of the power of Harmonix. A power that contains the fabric of life in the magical dimension. My plan? To murder every elf in existence so the power of Harmonix cease to exist. That way...hell will break loose..havoc will be around..unbalance and wars and injustice will fuel around the world of Magix!" he exclaims, trying to remain calm.
"But..why.." Stella questions, "Why did you kidnap my mother? What have she got into all of this and why you want to cause this mayhem in first place?" she continues.
"Why?" Phullian asks. "Why I kidnapped your mother? Because it was the only way to attract you here, the guardian fairy of Solaria. For I need your shining powers to counterbalance my evil. No power shines brighter than yours, for mine is the dark reflection of it. If Harmonix ceases to exist, everything will be gone.
But if I can balance it, with an opposite element, in this case you, everything will be fine. And the elves will be free from this curse that has befallen on us for millennia, for we are trapped in this planet to ensure the safety of the Magical Dimension! For we hold the power of Harmonix, and if we ever get hurt, the Harmonix power will weaken and ruin the essence of life! But for I'm not that cruel.
I don't want such an ending. I want to end the elves' curse, so we shall be free from this planet. Of course, it requires the sacrifice of all the existing elves, including me, but for I have created a spell that'll start a new generation of elves!" he explained, as he heavily breathed afterwards.
"My source of power...you want to kill me so you can obtain the opposite power of Harmonix?" she questions, still in a shock trying to collect what Phullian have just said.
"Yes," he replies.
"My source of power...comes within my mother.. for she's the true light of my energy..f she's dead..you can't do any of this anymore.."
Snirpy, who was silent all the way, opened his mouth in shock, so did Phullian.
"I'm sorry mother..but it has to be done." with that said, she waved her hands and fired her most powerful beams of magic at her unconscious mother's body, ending Queen Luna's life.
After this act of hers, Stella levitated in the air, she was absorbing new power, a new transformation. For she had gained Lovix. A transformation earned by the act of sacrificing your true loves to save the lives of people. She was worthy of this transformation, for anyone who'd kill their mother would truly deserve to obtain this transformation.
With that said, she used her new powers to defeat Phullian, restoring peace around Mytternite.
"Stella! Stella stop crying, Stella!"
A whole lot of voices seemed to vibrate around Stella, for she seemingly was crying and won't stop it. She had returned from her simulator training trip in Alfea, for today's lesson was
saving your beloved ones with any power you want. "Stop crying Stella what's wrong?!" several voices vibrate, for they had no idea what she had just experienced.
"Stella I'm Brandon, I'm here with you stop crying! Someone do something!" he said, with trepidation in his voice, for he had noticed she wouldn't stop crying for the world.
Apparently, a 25 year old Stella decided to return back in time to use her Lovix powers with a brand new form, but alas, it didn't go as a happy experience.
What could have possibly gone wrong? What is it that ruined such a normal practice day?
Nothing. But a mischievous pixie, that's curious what certain buttons can do can cause more trouble than you think. Especially if her name was Chatta
.
