Also, I'm counting them as in activity in moderating the forum.

Can you guys see that the Staff are majority they are Fairly active in Moderating the forum? Plus the RP section would probably the worst part of the forum, So much spam, Acrune will be taking over from there, hopefully, she will be active.

None. Can you see that? o.o ( I don't want to count myself lol, it would be being cocky)

I suggest a staff recruitment topic, then Those that are chosen will be trained to become Moderators, So there will be groups like Junior Mods, Normal Mods & Senior Mods. Then they will be Promoted each time they achieve something. Senior Mods may be promoted to be Admins. or Again, Junior & Senior Mods.

Actually today I just saw several people make mistakes I mean a RP mod would make sure we make less mistakes? Like seriously

The Spoiler tag is to hide things that spoils something like Info on the latest episode so it wouldn't spoil the fun of watching the New Episode. We also use the spoiler tag to hide images so it wouldn't eat up space for a page. Plus, I have no idea what You are talking about.

I don't see why she can't use the spoiler thing for whatever she wants, it was probably just to hide the curse word.

Anyway. I definitely agree we need more active mods, but I don't think we're gonna get anything done unless we really all get together as a community and decide who would be good.

Not sure how all the junior, senior, etc mods would work-- mainly because we need mods now. As in senior mods, with all the powers of one, not a junior mod missing some abilities.

I agree with what you say, and I agree with Sibylla that ALL moderators should have equal powers. Not mod can do this, mod can do that. Now let's get to the RP part... No offence to anyone but it's totally chaotic. Through all role playing sites and role playing sections in... any site, you know what I mean, wasn't like this.

There's no Role Play Moderator, no RPCs, (Role Playing Characters, as when an RP moderator ONLY post as an RPC like Stella, Flora, Kiko etc. And they have specific passwords ONLY RP Mods know them, and they don't have post count, they can have, but it doesn't matter. And they have the title of RPC Character, RPC etc) No RP moderators saying specific powers can be used, such as light and darkness etc.

No rules of Gary-Stuing/Mary-Suing A.K.A. God Modding. No RP moderators again to choose accepted OCs and tell them you should remove this power, you should add more weakness, your strengths aren't much, they're too simple etc. I mean RP Mods who can do ALL of these, and ALL OF THESE are what EVERY RP Mod can do, an RP Mod can do much more too. Also, RP Mods, and ONLY RP mods should be able to make threads such as Solaria, a cave in Solaria, a garden in Linphea etc. Not someone posting a thread as adventure in....etc, or a Stroll in The Garden. Only places, and only RP Mods should be able to make them, and they should be able to delete AND edit posts in RP Section.

Also, they should make events etc, and be reasonable and use RPCs for players and no one can use RPCs but them. If a user have an idea, tell it to an RP Mod! Why not?! Nothing will be wrong! Like an RP Mod making a thread such as a house in planet etc etc and a store etc etc is okay! But not mass use of them, like you can enter any shop without a thread being there in the mall for example. Also, a thread shouldn't be for only one person. People can post there and pass by without replaying to others if they want to.

Like there should be an OC format sheet, powers usable, forbidden powers, no silly powers such as : Fairy of mountains, fairy of yawns, fairy of all fairies, fairy of crystals... like seriously...

And there should be no curses even in spoilers. People will end up opening them and seeing curses. Even if it's a spoiler, what I'm saying is reasonable and I bet everyone knows that. Not even in sigs, even if it's a funny term. Bad words are bad words, no matter where and how you used them.
