First topic message reminder :

Hello. After reading though the "First Days At Alfea" thread....my unimaginative brain couldn't figure out a way to seamlessly join in. So A new thread for anyone to join as they please.

My only rule will be the request that you form complete sentences and words. Please do not use L33T speak, or even Lolspeak. L33T was developed for when phones did not come with key boards and texting long words was not only complicated, but often costed per letter. You have a keyboard and every stroke is free so please do make the attempt 8D

Sitting at the edge of a small pool in the Alfea botanical garden, one Amalthea Orion sat observing her nature class project. A collection of pink floating lilies drifted along the surface. Each one giving off a faint glow that brightened and dimmed seemingly without order.

" 'Thea," Her bonded Pixie, Enoch, whined as she made another note in her journal. "You've been staring at those flowers for over an hour. Can we go have some FUN now?"

"We only have two hours before curfew." She observed, looking at her watch. "What would we even do?"

"Sometin' that's not just sitting here." Answered the Pixie.

((I feel that I should point out that Enoch's accent is Brooklyn in nature. How a Pixie who has never been to earth or heard of it got such an accent....um...magic? I don't really know XD ))

"Party?" Enoch asked, perking up and emerging from his hiding place.

"No." Said Amalthea firmly. "Work in the morning remember?" She whispered so only he would hear. She didn't like advertising that she wasn't as privileged as the many princesses who attended the school.

"But 'Theaaaaaa. When was th' last time you had some FUN?" She hesitated, it would be nice just to kick back for a night...but tons of people she barely knew acting in a rowdy manner were not her idea of fun. Books were fun, video games were fun (when she could play them) wild parties were NOT fun.

"They'se Fairies...how much trouble could dey get int'a?" He wheedled, sly as a little fox. " 'Sides, I'll be here to defend yer honor or somethin' manly like that." Enoch proudly declared with a puffed out chest.

"It's curfew." She reminded him, still looking for a way out.

" So? Like anybody cares about dat."

"Well...." She hoped she wouldn't regret this.

Amalthea gave the Fae a horrified stare before quickly getting it under control.

"That is a rather generous offer, but I must refuse. I'm not sure where you heard such a thing but I assure you it's not true." She lied. Amalthea wasn't proud of the fib, no fairy ever was, but her lack of wealth in an elitist school had made her subject to hazing. She'd tried very hard to keep her monetary situation a secret, she wondered how Ferucio had found out.

Was he trying to blackmail her in someway in offering the money? No, her powers told her as she looked into his being, the offer was a genuine one from a kind heart. Still, she felt she had to refuse the charity.

"You'se macking after mah girl?" Enoch said in what was supposed to be a threatening manner. It was hard to be menacing when you were literally five inches tall.

"Enoch." Amalthea sighed slightly with a smile. Due to the bullying her bonded Pixie had become over protective of her. It was very charming in a way, and spoke highly of his character since there was no way he could pose a true threat with the power they had now. If she was ever lucky enough to earn her Enchatix then perhaps they would be a force to be reckoned with, but for now...

"But I- Oh dear." It seemed she was going to this party whether she liked it or not. She would find an excuse to leave early so she could get some sleep before work in the morning, but maybe it would be fun for a little while.

"Ok then, where is this party? Lead the way."
