Summer break is actually pretty boring so i decided to design another winx enchantix design but i didnt really know how to/what to start with. I was actually planning to make an OC since I wanted to create something that has background infos and stuff but i was too lazy to expand on it and all that wonderful jazz. But a little info I can give you guys is that her name is Heather, she has the ability to control the weather and she has enchantix. While i was drawing this character I had the voice of Mami Tomoe (madoka magica ref. ) but in english dub (idk why lol) in mind. It was sweet but it had that little undertone of sarcasm and arrogance underneath... which i wanted her to have since i created her to be the queen bee i guess..Now to the drawings
Starting with the pic on the top left: I saw a couture outfit made by Ulyana Sergeenko (SS 2013). and fell inlove with it..esp. the pants (which looked stiff but also somewhat flowy at the same time) so i wanted to incorporate it in a drawing.
Middle top picture: I started to map it out on what the main silhouette of the outfit is; what i pretty much wanted to include - definitely sun (since weather duhh!!). I saw lady gaga wearing like a little corset-ish design but looked futuristic and metallic hence that little waist thing. This also drew inspiration from Strom (from X-men) with the goddess arm-flowy-sillhouette.
Right top pic: When i got the main sillhouette down, i wanted to now add what her powers should be, which is the weather. I added the sun and clouds on the pants (I was thinking that the clouds should be very realisitc - like it trails off as she flies...etc)
Bottom right pic: This is the final product that i had; I took the clouds out because i wasnt feeling it and thought it looked to busy. The main product included just a sun sign which the rays are like "flash tattoo esque" expcept for the centre which is a gem actually that has the fairy dust in it. I didnt draw wings because i dont know how to draw them (and im not that creative lol). I guess maybe ill have the clouds when or different ones when she changes the weather..maybe? like if she makes it cloudy the pants cloud have the clouds, or when she makes it hail, the pants could have something of ice-vibe to it.
Bottom left pic: I just kinda wanted to draw like a little outfit for her too outside of enchantix form. I did the outfit very sweet girl - esque. Like this girl would take the high-road instead of starting the fight - like she may even compliment ur outfit; while the enchantix is very "girl you better move before she moves you out of the way" kinda vibe..
and there you have it! SORRY FOR THE LONG INFO lol
