Zayn looked at the stars and smiled.

Rayla was there too. Doing the exact same thing as zayn. But with her arms folded together to keep herself warm.

Lexi could see some of the leftover flakes of glittering Astrum frost in the kingdom and woods below. But she didn't pay too much attention to it, as her head was in the stars, as it usually is whenever there's a view as clear as this.

The Queen placed a dimmed lantern on the ground next to her daughter, and unfurled a knowing smile at the group of students. "May I share a story?" She and Alexis locked eyes and exchanged smiling looks for a moment, the princess knowing what she was about to do.

The Queen sat on the grass humbly, her flared skirt draping out around her like the petals of a lily flower.

"This is the tale of how the Eve of Starlight came to be." She humbly began, as clearly as if she'd spoken this story a thousand times.

Fauna lied down on the grass, next to Beth. "Usually I'd have to make the stories up for my animal friends on the island. It's strange change now having someone else say the story." She remarked, as Queen Astrella told her story.

"I understand why they say that the pegasus is the animal that symbolizes the realm of the stars." Mina said to Lexi. "The winged horse connects the mortals by bringing them closer to the stars when they soar."
