[Request] Graphic for internal company use

Hello BIW:

I have been asked to create a logo for my company's employee forum (internal use only). I normally create most of the "winx" graphics for my company such as employee badges, our corporate wallpaper, the logo for our Lockette Portal. However during our re-design of our internal tools our employee "contribute" system needs a new logo. Can someone help me by designing a logo. I'll provide dimensions and specs as I get them from my higher-ups. Right now what is known is the following:

must have the Winx Club Logo
Must contain the word "CONTRIBUTE"
Must Visually symbolize the act of Contributing back (ideally with different Winx characters)
Must contain the wording "A component of (WinxLogo) Suite Line-of-Business Applications"
Must have some sort of "signature" of the original artist who designed it to give proper credit to the external designer. however this signature must not distract from the main symbol of the graphic (contributing)

The contribute system is an internal tool for employee collaboration consisting of:

Forums
Employee Blogs
Image Gallery
Downloads
Calendar
Social Groups
and many other features
