If you look at the voice actors for Winx Club and Arthur, you can see that some of them voice 2 characters. Also, if you ever watch Arthur, you can notice that some of the characters there sound like winx club characters.
The reason why I think that Winx Club is Arthur in another universe, is that almost everyone in winx club is 6-10 years older then their counterparts in Arthur. Some of the characters in Winx Club are also more whinier then their counterparts in Arthur.
In fact, if you look at Prunella sees the light (Arthur), you can defently see that Princess Bloom has become a 10 year old blind rabbit with a blue sweater and skirt(Marina Datillo). The plot basically consists of Princess Bloom(Marina Datillo) going to a sleepover with her friend Prunella.

If you also look at any other Arthur episode, you can also hear Flora, Sky, and Tecna in their 8 year old counterparts.
What this means for Winx Club and Arthur fans.
1. Arthur dialogue can be used in Winx Club satire and vice versa.
2. It could make Arthur fans view Winx Club from the Arthur perspective and vice versa.
3. It could make Winx Club look at the Arthur dialogue in a differnt way.
In conclusion, Winx Club is Arthur in another universe where everyone is 6-10 years older and they are fairies.
