Zaf apprehensive took the present. "Oh, that's really nice of her!"
In an almost meticulous way she opened the package without even tearing the paper and her eyes glistened as soon as she laid eyes on the gift. She lifted it up by the chain attacked to it and it revealed a watch with the inner gear systems working and moving. "This is beautiful!" she exclaimed and smiled warmly, appreciating the gift given to her by her best friend. "Remind me to give her a hug when we get back to Alfea?" she said, half asking hoping Snow wouldn't be the jealous type.

"Of course. She did an amazing job on it." Snow says, rather impressed with the craftsmanship. "Maybe Artemis should become a watch maker."

"She could do a lot of amazing things, if only she wasn't so terrified of her powers and just embraced them," Zaf said, realizing while she said it she too needed quite an adjustment period before getting used to everything. "But that's why we're at Alfea, so we learn to employ them in the best possible ways," she added, sounding optimistic above all else.

"She will get the hang of her powers before you know." Snow says with a nod to the next state, "And with the help of the Professors there, she will become an expert in no time." Her own voice holds a very large dose of optimism in it, feeling Artemis can do it.

Zaf nodded. and before she could reply good and well, the lady returned with Both the girls' drinks and a basket of bread along with a small cup of herb butter. "Here you go," the woman said and added right before she turned heels: "Your food will be ready soon."

"Thank you miss." Snow replies with a smile and takes a piece of the bread. She looks back at Zaf and her eyes sparkle, "Zaffy, have you ever tried archery at all?"

"Archery?" she asked somewhat surprised. "Well, I shot a bow once or twice, but that's where it ends. Also, might I add I was terrible at it?" she said jokingly, though it was true at the same time. "I did enjoy it tho, what about you?" she asked.

"Well, I did some when I was younger and I wasn't half bad, but its been awhile since I did any. I enjoyed it quiet a bit." Snow says to her, a smile crossing her face, "Maybe we can try it out together with a rather good instructor I know back on Domino."

Right when Zaf wanted to ask why Snow dropped it, she suggested it as a joint activity. Zaf beamed and nodded. "I hope the man is patient, I'm not quite talented. But it's still something I think is fun," she said. "Besides, maybe this time I will hit the target!"

"He's very patient, since the person is my dad." Snow says softly, meaning happily that Zaf wanted to try. "I think you'll do more than just hit the target with his help. You'll hit the center of it for sure."
