Fauna Besto, Fairy of Animals

This OC will be joined in the rp when the other students crash on her island during the Worst-Cast Scenario Event.

Charlotte’s Web: Creates a sticky web that could be used to bind someone for 20 seconds. (Low)

Tortoise Momentum: Hits the target which slows down everything they do, including their spells by 50% for 40 seconds. (Low)

Turtle’s Shell: Creates a spiked shield to protect herself which can reflect back 15% of the magic thrown at it.  (Medium)

Skunk Scent: Uses a green beam that hits the target, letting out a terrible odour that causes them to cough a lot and have a bit trouble breathing for about 3 min.  The terrible odour can take 6 hours unless its washed or cleansed in a way. (Medium)

Squid Spray: Unleashes a dark brown spray at an opponent, causing them to hallucinate for about 30 seconds.. It would render a person unable to distinguish any exterior impulses and be completely debilitated, unable to move, see, feel, hear or smell anything (Medium)

Crested Porcupine: Lets out porcupine quills which hit the opponent causing pain in the areas that were punctured. (Medium)

Wildlife Miracle: A powerful attack that looks like a giant pawprint that deals magical energy damage. (High)

Killer Bees: Attacks by summoning bee stingers which would be sent out at an opponent, giving them the effects of a bee sting such as nausea and itchy, swelled skin for about 10 min. 99.99% of the chance this attack is hard to avoid unless a shield or an attack counters them or if the opponent goes into areas that bees can’t like underwater. (High)


Appearance: Fauna is dark-skinned with with short chesnut brown hair with side bangs. She’s taller and more muscular compared to other girls with a nice set of female abs. Her eyes are hazel coloured and her lips are deep chocolate brown.

Civilian Outfit:
She wears a leopard print hoodie with jean shorts that have ripped patterns on it. Her belt has charms on it of different animal symbols. She wears a green baseball cap on her head.  She also wears green converse sneakers and socks that have a dog face at the very top. Though she dislikes wearing anything that’s too feminine, she likes to wear a choker that is a half of a pawprint charm. Most of her other outfits are tomboyish as well.

Fairy Form:
She wears a brown cat ear headband. She still wears the choker from her civilian outfit. She wears a green short sleeved crop top that has an attached green hood that is usually down with green shorts that has a green tail at the back of it along with green ankle sneaker boots. Sheer light green fabric is between the top and shorts, connecting them. Her wings are a light brown and resemble bat wings in their shape. She also has brown shimmery elbow pads accessories on each elbow. 


Strengths:
- Physically strong in combat while also skilled in fighting with basic weapons
- Athletic and very agile
- Quick Reflexes
- Strong Immune System so she doesn’t get sick as easily with poisons or toxic gas
- Excellent Survival Skills

Weaknesses:
- Due to being on the island for a long time, she’s behind on her education
- Since the island didn’t have any magic, she has trouble over controlling over her powers
- She’s a bit reckless while fighting, sometime attacks first and thinks later.
- Even though Fauna was average at using earth technology when she was little, she has become very incompetent to using it due to there not being any technology on the island, and technology evolving over the years, and the updated technology used in the magic dimension. This leads her to having trouble on completing work on a computer, fixing minor glitches on a device, using a device for it's proper use, opening up viruses, having trouble with settings and pop-up screens etc. 

Personality: Fauna is quite calm and sweet around animals while training and talking to them but is a bit aggressive when she interacts with people. She questions sometimes the way people live, making her curious like why people prefer to stay indoors, act very lazy and take some things for granted. She’s also very tomboyish, unrefined, and can find it easier to talk and relate to guys. She has an adventurous spirit, loves sightseeing, travelling, and hates staying indoors. She likes taking risks and doing all kinds of sports. She’s impatient, feeling that people should warn her if she’s going to have to wait a long time. She also gets upset when a person lets themselves be bullied or talked rudely to and tries to encourage that person to fight back through words about how they can't be used as a punching bag and/or she’ll fight back. For movies, she prefers adventure and action.


History: Fauna was born on earth in Gardenia where her parents were. Her mom was captured by the fairy hunters since she was one of the warrior fairies so Fauna and her dad’s memory were erased of her, thinking that she died after childbirth. She went to Gardenia Elementary School and lived a pretty normal life. She played in most of the sport clubs and some of the kids were a bit intimidated by her. She was in the same class as Roxy for a few of years and became close friends with her. She and her father would often visit the Frutti Music Bar. Her dad was friends with Klaus.

At age 8, her father decided to take her to Magix so that they could live near her cousins  who had also moved there. Fauna was more so excited that magic was real at that time and couldn’t wait to see it but she did leave crying while leaving Roxy. Her father told her not to tell Roxy or anyone where they were going so Fauna just said that they were moving to a small country and that she would call Roxy as soon as she settled in. Though before leaving, they got friendship chokers that were each halves of a pawprint charm. Inside the charm, they both put a picture of themselves so that they would always remember each other.

After arriving at the teleportation station of Magix, a ship was ready to take them overseas. However a bad storm happened that day. During the storm, everyone was announced to return to their dorms and to not go on the deck as it would be dangerous. Fauna was running down to her dorm where her father was but heard a puppy’s voice, calling for help. She decided to run out and went onto the deck where it was extremely slippery. Fauna looked around and noticed that the puppy was pinned to the ground by a patio chair that fell on its leg. She lifted the chair and scooped the puppy into her arms and was ready to make her way back into the boat when suddenly a huge wave crashed into the boat. The boat tilted to the right a bit and since it was slippery, Fauna lost her footing and slipped. She slid down to where the railings where and fell through them and into the water.

Fauna was a good swimmer for her age but the waves were too strong.  The boat had already started moving away. Trying to keep the puppy above the waters, she yelled for help but they were drowned by the thunder. The boat was already going too fast but she tried to swim to catch up to it, while trying to make sure that the puppy didn’t drown itself.  But then she heard a sound and turned her head to see a dolphin which let Fauna ride on it. The dolphin started to move on its own and Fauna let it take her where it wanted. Eventually after a few hours, they came across a tropical island, one that was in the non-magic part of the resort realm.

She was friendly with most of the animals on the island who have helped her in survival and now knows her way around the island. But after years, she has forgotten most bits of her life and is confused if some of her dreams are old memories or if her old memories were actually just dreams. She also has made a bow and arrow and a wooden spear for self-defense, along with a few other weapons. A few people once crashed on the island and tried to hunt her close animal friends which angered Fauna and she killed those people while taking their weapons for herself. She has spent almost everyday training to build up her physical combat and strength. 


Since she also grew out of her childish clothing, she used a flag cloth that washed up on the shore to wrap around herself using strong leaves to resemble a strapless dress.

2 of her closest animal friends are her snake, Cotorra who has a bit of a temper, and her golden retriever, Kaleb, and a Cangormey (Purple kangaroo fairy animal from episode 1 of season 7) named Eva who is the youngest out of all the 3 animals.
