After the elevator arrived at the floor the float of the university was situated at and opened up Artemis stepped out with a big grin, higher up here the winds were harder too "ahhh, not much more now!" She said cheerfully, gesturing to the grand building up ahead

Artemis smiled happly as she stepped towards the grand float it stood upon "well, it is one of the biggest floats in the entire city. But let's go see it now then" she laughed and gestured the others to follow, having little trouble with the wind that picked up strenght the higher they got in the city "anyone who wants a tour just ask me" her hair sparking a bit from her excitement
