- Let's start with my first impressions about your forum which are very good! There is a nice design, good-looking images and a wide variety of useful features. But, I do not like the fact that there is a log-in popup window which appears while I do not even have the possibility to browse around the community. This a bit annoying. However, I am a bit jealous of your forum because you have tons of beautiful images which are also very helpful especially for new members and visitors. Your portal is very attractive and it let me understand how everything works. It is short, but very informative. Good job!

- In my opinion, your general forum appearance is excellent. There is an impressive logo which includes the title of the community with a professional font and the navigation bar has a nice hover. The announcements that you have added under the navigation bar are brilliant. You have found an innovative way to mention some important information. I am sure that everyone enjoys clicking on images in order to learn more stuff! In addition, all the widgets are perfect and entertaining. I love the Staff Team widget! You could add a hover in the avatar of each person. Moreover, there is a too big image for the Who is online page. It would be great if you could resize it! Your forum icons look very elegant that's why I fell in love with them! I should not forget to talk about a weird popup which appears on your chatbox. I do not really understand its use. Is it there for advertising reasons in order to promote your social networks account?

- About your forum statistics, there are more than 6500 registered users who have posted more than 190,000 messages. It looks like your community is active, but as I usually say, there is always room for improvement, right? There have been around 30 users who connected during the last 24 hours, but I am sure that you can increase this number. I was very satisfied when I noticed that users post in each category every day. I am certain that you know that every visitor monitors the activity of the community before joining. You should focus on gaining more members. Increasing your social presence, submitting your forum to quality directories, posting updates about your community on your promotion threads ( for example, you have not updated this thread for about 10 months! ) would be some interesting ways to encourage visitors to register.

- Fortunately, I was able to understand the role and the duties of each usergroup because of the descriptions that you have written. But I have to admit that there is a big number of Administrators in your community. Why do you need 5 Administrators and 5 Moderators? Your community is not that big, so you may want to reduce this number. Furthermore, I would be in favour if you changed the color of some usernames. There are too many colours and this is a bit annoying for me.

- There are not many communities related to Winx! Also, your content seems unique. Nothing more should be said!

- Your forum and your portal are well-organized. You have a decent amount of categories and many sub-categories. I am very happy with your choice because nowadays many forums contain more than 15 categories in the index and visitors and members usually get lost. Keep it up!

- I was not able to spot any grammar or spelling mistakes. Great job!

Okay so for the giant pink pop-up, it's our ChatWing~! We moved from using Chatango into our forum and replaced it with ChatWing. These little pop-ups are all the options you can use to log in into ChatWing.
And yeah.. the Winx community had dropped dramatically everywhere due to the latest failures of the show (the show becoming too childish, episodes not airing since month, some characters get too much focus others barely doesn't etc. etc.)  . And thanks for the thread xD. It was made by an ex-admin..probably I should make a new one.
For the staff...actually the head admin has disappeared for a lot of time due to him being "busy" lol. The other admin has legit excuses, which we really deem as really busy in life in our book. So yeah, an extra admin has been hired to help the only active one, and I was hired later on to help too  . And yeah...the moderators do their job really-well and we believe 5 is the perfect number.
However, we're updating the Staff Widget and some group colors - but the staff widget isn't done yet! It's on the way to be complete ^-^.
