Spells: Harmonic Echo - Sends out a wave of sound energy, which goes about 50 metres before returning back to her. It tells her about which surroundings are nearby like echo location for a bat. Often used against users who use invisibility or camouflage.   (High)

Disco Ball – Creates a sphere shield that looks like a disco ball which is made out of pulsing waves of sound and is able to reflect back 20% of the magic thrown at it. (Medium)

Siren’s Song – Sings a beautiful melody that would make its listeners very sleepy and drowsy for 40 seconds. (Medium)

Vibration of Waves– Sends powerful sound waves causing the magic energy to be suppressed by a small amount, numbing the target, while causing minimal physical damage. (Low)

Violin Sniper - Summons a violin and a set of 12 violin bows appear that look like arrows. Using the violin like a bow, and her violin bows like arrows, she shoots them at her target. She can also use a bow to play the violin very high to cause the target a headache from the ear-splitting music.  (High)

Silent Mute – When hit, this spell disables the person from speaking for 1 minute, usually used to prevent a target from doing a magical chant. (Medium)

Deafening Ultrasound - Sends out blue musical notes at the opponent, which explodes when it nears them, causing magical energy loss and loss of hearing for a limited time. (Medium)

Amplifying Volume – When hit by this, every sound that person makes is 3 times louder for 30 seconds, thus making it difficult for them to do sneak attacks. (Low)


When she doesn’t have it in its microphone form, its in a headset form that she can wear on her head.


Appearance: Neon blue and wavy hair, with her shimmery golden front bangs. Her hair just goes past her shoulders. Her eyes are baby blue too. Her lips are a neon pink. Her skin tone is a bit tanned.  

Civilian Outfit:  Golden Music note shaped earrings are worn and a multi-layered chain necklace. Cady also wears a neon blue leather split sleeve top with a belt that resembles the keys on a piano. She also wears a jean skirt, and golden single sole jazz shoes. She also wears fingerless golden wrist gloves.

Normal Fairy Form: She wears blue finger less gloves that are also sleeves which extends up to her elbows. She has a shimmery blue bubble skirt along with a shimmery blue peplum off the shoulder top. She wears the earrings from her civilian outfit and has a golden bass clef tattoo on her neck on her right.  Her wings each resemble a blue treble clef. Her shoes are dark blue high heel boots that go half way up to her knee.

Winx Form:

Charmix: Her pin is a a light blue C Clef and her hip is a round dark blue music player bag with functioning keys, and tuned strings.

Melodic Muse Form: Her hair colour gets changed to dark pink with a hair colour changing spell during her transformation, with dark pink eyes and light pink lips. Her mask is pale purple and shimmery.  She wears a one piece sleeveless dress that is red with pale purple musical designs on it with a neon purple belt. She wears light pink tights too and neon purple sneaker heels. Her wings resemble a dark pink eighth note.


Strengths: Her music skills are exceptional since she's had been practicing many instruments for years and is always able to write many songs. She is good at deceiving other people because of her acting skills. She has studied many languages so she is able to speak them fluently and understand them. She has great aim compared to other people when it comes to her spells.


Weaknesses: She has a hard time trusting people again once they betray her trust. She also isn’t doing well in history of magic class because she has spent most of her life on earth, away from magic. Her magic is weaker in soundless areas. Sometimes she sleepwalks which has caused her some injuries in the past.

Personality:  Cadence is friendly, loves to party and have fun, and is down to earth. Often she holds benefit concerts to help others. She can’t stand celebrities who act like divas, people who steal credit, or have huge egos. She has a bit of an attitude and sassy side to those she doesn't like. She doesn't like to hold her tongue back on whatever she has to say, otherwise she'd have it on her mind a lot. She likes to be recognized on whatever work she puts in, and does the same to others.

She is also very organized because of her careers and secret life as the Melodic Muse.  When isn’t surrounded by people she knows, she can become a little shy.  She feels more comfortable fighting in her crime fighting superheroine form rather than her normal fairy form since she’s behind a mask. It is one of her biggest peeves that people try to become friends with her because she’s famous, so she often is suspicious with others at first meetings since she hasn’t had a real friend in a long time. Cady often likes to express herself through music and dance too which is why she often is singing. Though sometimes she questions if she should quit her singing and acting careers on earth because at times, she feels like people pay too much attention to her personality, and image instead of her actual work. She's also a huge fan of superhero movies.


History:  Cadence was born on Melody to her parents in a hospital near the ocean. It was on the day the singing whales were going to surface. When Cadence had her first breathe, the whales’ song was the first thing she heard. About a month after Cadence was born, her parents and Carmina moved to her father’s hometown, Gardenia, because her father was already a movie producer there on earth. Her mother's career was a musician. Carmina knew Cadence's mother since she would often attend her music performances, and they officially met when they went to see the singing whales.  When Cady turned 3, her mom got a baby boy who they named Allegro.

When she started her school, nobody really wanted to be her friend because they found her hair strange. She only made one friend, Nia Robinson, who was going to be her best friend for a long time. Around this same time, she also started to take dance and singing lessons.

Starting age 6, would often sing with her mother while she would play instruments on stage because she had a gifted singing talent. At the same time she also did some acting in the movies her dad would produce. Though after acting in a few movies and singing in a couple performances, kids at school would try to be her friend only because of her performances.

At age 9, her music and acting career was starting to consume a lot of her life that she was having trouble attending school since she sometimes had to miss class. So her parents decided that she should either put her careers on hold or get homeschooled. Since Cadence was very passionate about music and acting, she chose the latter option. She started getting homeschooled by a lady named Carmina who was also her nanny since she was a toddler, and was licensed to home-school.

She got her first couple songs recorded at age 10 by Jason Queen who was a friend of her mother’s, and after her songs were a big hit, her singing career really began to pick up. While coming home in her parents’ limo one night, she passed by Bloom’s house and witnessed the whole fight against Knut from the window of the limo when it stopped because of a flat tire. She didn’t tell anyone what she saw because she was wondering if she was starting to go crazy.

When Cadence turned 12, her mom gifted her the melodic microphone. It was a family heirloom passed down and would take the form of whatever instrument the user desired as well as keep one spell inside of it that would be allowed to use as much as she wanted without having to cast it over and over. Her family also explained her about the magic dimension and told her about really being from Melody and about the magic dimension. Her parents wanted her to grow up somewhere safe so they chose Earth since magic was gone from earth, so it was never threatened by any villains. Carmina revealed to be her fairy godmother and Nia told her that she was glad that there was someone else as well that had odd powers like hers and revealed to be a fairy from zenith. Cadence decided for a while that she would hide her powers from the public for a while to avoid accusations about using her powers to give her an advantage in her careers but Carmina offered to tutor her in private with her powers.

Around age 14, when the winx brought magic by the earth, she got a fairy penguin pet online who she named Clef. Though she recognized Bloom and Stella as the same girls she saw 4 years ago, she couldn’t help but feel not too blown up by them plus she couldn’t believe how Jason Queen could give all of them a recording contract so easily.

Cady, with the help of her best friend, creates an alter ego called Melodic Muse to fight crime after the few years of practicing her spells and training in a secret base that Nia set up underneath her bedroom. Cady wanted to fight crime, since she wanted to help keep Gardenia safe and plus a part of her was upset over the fact that she hid her powers for so long when she could've used them in broad daylight like the winx had. She wanted to fight under her secret identity as the Melodic Muse since she didn't want to endanger her family or be tracked down by anybody. Nia declined in making an alter ego as well as she wasn't skilled in combat. Cadence created the alter ego, by putting a transformation spell in her melodic microphone so that her own magic wouldn't always get weakened when disguising herself every-time she used the spell on top of her normal transformation.

Though after getting into a heated argument with some actresses once, at night, she accidentally vandalized their houses while in her Melodic Muse form since she was sleepwalking. The security cameras in their houses were able to catch that it was Melodic Muse who vandalized the houses. Though nobody figured out that it was Cadence, ever since then, the media has made a horrible portrayal of Melodic Muse on purpose, finding her a threat and that most people wanted to believe it. The police also haven’t had any trust in her either.  

At age 15, she snuck into a huge building as Melodic Muse and confronted two guys who had killed a girl last week. Though she didn’t expect that the two guys would have 8 more guys for back up. The guys said that they would only let her go if she revealed her true identity. Melodic Muse refused and tried to escape by flying. But the guys were equipped with weapons.  She tried to make a shield to protect her from the gunshots but a lot were firing at the same time. Right when her shield shattered, Nia arrived on the scene and quickly flew infront of her and used her own shield. Nia had happened to be walking in the neighbourhood, and heard the gunshots so she transformed to investigate. But Nia’s shield shattered too and Nia ended up getting shot in the chest and her transformed faded away. Cadence was horrified and quickly grabbed Nia and flew off before the guys could shoot but they coincidently happened to have run out of ammo. She detransformed in an alley and called 911. But nurses declared that Nia died must’ve died since she lost so much blood. Cady was depressed for a few months especially since Nia was her best friend and only friend for 9 years. She especially felt like it was her own fault since Nia took the shots for her, plus Nia knew her identity. To prevent any more people in getting hurt, she decided that she would never tell her Melodic Muse identity to anyone.

At age 16, Cadence with her fairy pet Clef, decided to go to Alfea to practice her spells, since Carmina recommended it because she used to be the previous owner of the music classroom.Though her mother thought that she should've maybe gone to the golden auditorium, since Symphony taught there for a few years before starting her music career and meeting Harper. Before leaving, she made an announcement how she would be staying in California for 3 years so that the media spends time searching for her and it makes it easier for her to get to Magix.
