The Swan Lake

First topic message reminder :

A lake which attracts lots of swans and is the perfect place to go on a romantic boat ride! There is also the legend of the swan princess that might have a certain connection with this lake.

Many years ago, a powerful Wizard named Rothbart had cursed a group of guardian fairies with the swan curse. By day, they are swans, and by night only if they are at the lake, that they go back to their normal form but they would have much of their magic energy depleted. After the defeat of Rothbart, the descendants of the swan maidens had always been swan maidens but it was no longer a curse. They could now control their transformations. The Swan Maidens know most about this lake and are the ones who protect this memorial place.

"They all look the same" eros bluntly states. Looking unimpressed at the swans. "But if its triggering anything i'll be willing to throw you in the lake to get a closer look." He sarcastically jokes.

Genevieve became startled by the hologram Photonis created and blinked several times before noticing it was an actual hologram. "Yes, just like that," she said in a tone slightly indicating fear. She then summons a heart bubble which explodes at Eros's face, simply making a slight "Bom" noise.

"Some of them are more beautiful than the others though." Amara said flatly, taking in fashion inspiration from seeing the swan's feathers.

The swans started to swim towards the group, an aura now glowing around them.

As Finn left the falcon, he took a moment to look at the scenery around. It was certainly a sight to see, but he wasn't here on vacation and so approached the love fairy and the group nearby.

He was only half-way there when he watched as a huge hologram of sorts crashed into the lake and startled the swans slightly to say the least. He walked over to catch the conversation between Photonis and Genevieve.

"Just like that eh?" He said as he played the hologram's actions over in his mind. It was certainly strange to say the least and what on Earth was that big? The first thing that came to mind were the Jaegers from Pacific Rim. "The only thing I can think that would be so big would be some form of man-made machine... but this feels like such a peaceful area... It's hard to believe that anything has interfered with beings living here." He commented

She realized a bit too late it was kinda scaring Gene, but at least she had the right idea in mind with what happened. Unfortunately she was also out of ideas to help Gene regarding the matter since hoping to trigger something by startling her was the first and only thing on her list of ideas.

Finn's intrusion was a welcome one but it confused Photonis. "Well, this doesn't sound like anything I've ever seen. But whatever it was it seems long gone by now," she stated sounding very dismissive of the construct or being that played a main part in Gene's flashback.

"Okay these swans are either here to eat us or they're friendly," Genevieve said as she erected her stand pointing firmer at the swans.

After hearing Gene, Aimée stands up and takes a few steps back.

"These for sure are no ordinary swans!" she said as she manipulates the water under them to see if any reaction would occur.

Finn looked away from Photonis and over towards the lake as swans came over to them. He was surprised to see them swimming towards the group in such a manner, but he didn't make any sudden movements. "In my experience, swans can be a tad aggressive at times but I wouldn't think they'd attack a group of us..." He said with uncertainty in regards to his statement. Of course most normal swans wouldn't do that unless provoked to-

"But then again, most swans don't glow..." He muttered under his breath.

eros rolled his eyes at the faries gawking at the killer swans. Using his bow he aimed an arrow at one of the swans and shot at it. "You can all just stand there wiating to be killed by swans or you could maybe actually do somthing" he hissed.
