| Hmm.. I never had Photoshop(And I wish I had it), but I looked up some brushes that you should use. :3 Fire brushes, Bokeh brushes, Floral brushes, Technical brushes, Hair brushes(to add hair with), Falling petals brushes, Cloud brushes, Electrifying lightning brushes, Frosty brushes, and Snowflake brushes. Sorry for so many(or too many) suggestions. O_O' | |
